Even though my bowl was made incorrectly at first. Mr. Mj was very prompt to take care of my needs over the phone! He was kind and even recalled Remembering my order which they were very busy to either way I appreciate him being kind in taking care of getting a new fresh bowl made correctly for me! They made such a huge difference I walked out of that store today feeling blessed to have had an interaction with such an amazing team. Go Moe’s!

Ate lunch at Moe’s the day before Thanksgiving. The 4 guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful! We actually got smiles! Our food order was correct and tasted great. The only reason for the 4 star review is they are out of the strawberry flavor for the lemonade. They said it’s an issue with the machine and were very nice about it. Great visit – we will return!

The health department really needs to investigate this location for temperature. The food that we received there was ice cold, and it had a funny smell to it meaning that it could be old. I attempted to taste it, and it had a funny taste to eat as well do not recommend going here because they’re not following the guidelines of temperature of food. I went there right early in the morning at 11 o’clock so I was the first one in line and receive this cold food from their bar that they dump into a platter it looks and resemble slop. No do not go here.

I Tried Moe’s for the first time today. If I could put 10 stars I would. MJ was the best, he recommended me the Homewrecker bowl, it came with plenty of food and it was very good. Definitely will be back!

I went into the store with my family of five and we got sick off this nasty food. My wife found a dead roach in her burrito bowl and I found a Hare in my burrito. The bathroom stunk it smell awful all the place needs to be shut down I’m calling the health department to let them know that I found Hair and roach in my food today. Do not recommend to nobody.

The manager was not accommodating. The food they served us was ice cold, they keep it negative 30 in there and then get mad when people come back for a refund or remake. We used to eat as a family here but not anymore unfortunately.. they used to be good.

LET ME TELL YOU: that burrito was literally THE BEST BURRITO I’ve ever had in my life.
Granted, they ask you what all you want on it. I wanted mine to imitate that which was advertised on their menu. However, I didn’t want to overload it – instead, to keep things at a minimum.
But it all looked so good!!!
To the steak, I had added cilantro rice; a TINY amount of beans (You know why!!! ); some sort of pre-mixed amount of diced tomatoes, onions, etc; guacamole; a thin layer of vinaigrette; and the juice from a slice of lime.
To each his own, but that random combination of ingredients, along with the perfectly-cooked steak that the staff here at Moe’s Southwest Grill prepared, created a plethora of awesomeness in my mouth that I haven’t been able to experience here lately at food joints.

It was around 3:30 when I arrived. There was one other lady in the there, just us. Service was great, but it took me five tries to find a clean table. There were three team members and almost zero clean tables. I bought the queso and had the first chip – very stale. Disappointing. When finishing, I went to throw my items away…Trash was filled to the top. It just didn’t make sense… Two customers, three team members, and a very dirty restaurant. I can overlook a lot of things – but food safety and cleanliness are deal breakers.
