Ok guys…I was very disappointed with my meal….the stack…it was very dry…hardly any cheese in it and it had hundreds of black beans in it…I only had 2 pieces of chicken in it…and there was no taste at all☹️my first time eating here…I will try something different next time to see if it’s better than the stack..review update later

Made an online order with confirmation of credit card charge and address with same phone number to Byram location and they are saying no order received. So was charged and have no food or they have no way of seeing my order. Very frustrating. Was told to go to a different location when that is the only location. Bad setup for pickup. Went back to location and they then said they had the order but couldn’t see name or phone number. I never review. I don’t recommend.

Over 17.00 for steak burrito and medium drink! Burrito is 80% rice good flavor but poor execution on ratio! Barely any steak whatsoever! Like almost 0 steak! For that price I expect to be at or better than chipotle. The extra Salsa in a cup is just picante sauce. Not a good salsa or pico you expect with a burrito. I’ll give it another try since they new will be last time if same results on ratio.

I ordered the chicken nachos as usual with queso on the side. I get home and my queso is missing. I have called numerous of times for 20 min with no answer to advise of the error. I paid 11$ and will like a refund at this point!

Food is good. Not greasy and has a great taste. Not a huge fan of the meat/chicken as it does have some fat on it but I pick it out and eat what’s left as it’s a great burrito, bowl, taco etc! Cheese dip is good as well. Recommend

So ironic, I was a Chipotle Kitchen Manager who decided to try Moe’s for the first time. Didn’t receive either of my salsas so much for free chips and salsa. Food was 1/5 at best. Chipotle has better tasting food and MUCH better customer service.

First visit ordered nachos through drive through and protein was left off. Next visit I went in to watch and had to wait 10 minutes for protein to be cooked only to be charged extra when the menu clearly stated the Homewrecker comes with choice of protein for menu price. Glad Chipotle is coming to area.

Just stopped by here to grab an early lunch and I wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted & welcomed and my order was quick and fresh. I ordered a Homewrecker Bowl and didn’t realize it was so big. I’ll have to split it into 2 meals so that makes it worth the $12 spent. My ONLY criticism is that I didn’t get the salsa to go w/my free chips and salsa (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). Overall, good job & congrats on your grand opening. Will revisit soon.

Service was good. Friendly staff. Food is average for a fast food place. It is comparable to taco bell. You don’t get much meat at all. The salsa that comes with the chips is not really tasty. Free chips were cold. Price is way too high! Create your own bowl $9.99 – add regular drink and side of guac or queso is $4.99 more. It really wasn’t worth $16.
