I come here very often and honestly sometimes it’s a hit or miss. However today Jan 2, 2026 was definitely a HIT!!! Everyone that worked with Ms. Erica on that 5pm shift was awesome. Ms. Erica food line was clean fresh nice neat. Attitudes was amazing. The young girl on the register smiled so bright. When I made it home after two stops my food was still fresh my daughter said Ma that bowl was goodt!!! let’s get everyone on one accord Ms. Erica way and make this hit every time!!

First of all let me just start off saying this, whoever they have working in there period, they need to fire the whole staff from management on down and start over from scratch. Twice I have pulled up to the drive through and sat at least 2-4 min and no one said anything. There was no customer inside and drive thru was empty, so why did I have to sit and wait. I had to say hello for them to say anything and I got so mad I drove off. Again today same thing. Sitting waiting forever with no one in drive thru, they finally came to the window after sitting for 2-3 min and said can I take your order and then said please hold and made me wait another 2-3 min. Once I started ordering I order one Burrito with white rice, was in the process of ordering a bowl and told her I wanted white rice and she said you want seasoned rice and I said no white rice and she said hold on and had me wait another 2 min and I just pulled off. If they do not change their staff I expect them to be out of business real soon.They do this so people will pull off. If they are not making orders how are they making money?? They can never get a dime of my money again. Chipotle it is from now on. Moe’s in Byram you suck!!

I wanted to love this place, but it missed its mark. We got 2 Homewrecker burritos, it was big I’ll give it that but my rice was crunchy and the add ons were skimpy. All in all it was a big crunchy rice burrito.
Now, the staff was great, friendly, smiling etc. And we got through the drive through quickly.

Ordered at drive thru. Young lady repeated order correctly. At the window, the young lady was very friendly. Now, ordered “dressing” for 2 of the bowls, didn’t get any. Ordered small queso, paid for it, almost 4.00, didn’t get it. I drove 20 minutes one way, then got home and I was missing items. I asked the young lady if that was everything when she passed the bag out to me and she said yes. I am very disappointed.

Ok guys…I was very disappointed with my meal….the stack…it was very dry…hardly any cheese in it and it had hundreds of black beans in it…I only had 2 pieces of chicken in it…and there was no taste at all☹️my first time eating here…I will try something different next time to see if it’s better than the stack..review update later

The food was great. They seemed a bit understaffed; so the service wasn’t superly-paced: understandable. The floors were sticky, but the tables and counters were shiny and clean. Felt like leaving a review tho because this is not a 2 star restaurant, it’s actually pretty good.

Over 17.00 for steak burrito and medium drink! Burrito is 80% rice good flavor but poor execution on ratio! Barely any steak whatsoever! Like almost 0 steak! For that price I expect to be at or better than chipotle. The extra Salsa in a cup is just picante sauce. Not a good salsa or pico you expect with a burrito. I’ll give it another try since they new will be last time if same results on ratio.

I’ve been a patron of Moe’s since it’s beginning years ago in Jackson. I’ve always loved it. While I know things change over the years..and it has since the original closed many years back, it still pretty much has the same flavor as before. Almost anyway. I want to say the 2 young gals working this evening were precious! It’s a small place comparatively but I thought they were doing a good job and greeted me with a smile and friendly service. The food wasn’t exactly fresh as I was almost 6 pm going in. My first experience at this location. Probably would’ve been better if I’d gone earlier in the day. I think that would be more of an overseer situation rather than the 2 gals working. (just from my experience in the business). I’ll try again at a busier time to see how things are for a better perspective. I give 2 thumbs up for the gals tho. Happy Thanksgiving!
