This Moe’s is a hit or miss, 50/50 shot.
Ive been more than a handful of time so I can tell you, it truly depends on who is working that day. The worst part is that, sometimes, you may sit in the drive thru for extended periods of time (while saying Hello?? Hellooo?) even though they aren’t serving any customers in the store.
There’s staff that rush you out of the door so quickly you can’t understand what they are saying, some that just don’t seem to know what they are doing and need better communication training, and some that do a perfectly good job.
At this point, I only go for the 6.99 Burrito deal on Mondays. Any other time, I’d rather go to the Chick fil A up the street. For what its worth, they use good ingredients so the burrito is usually pretty good. Though, every now and then, a lazy worker will skimp with actually stuffing the burrito as it ought to be.
Also, Ive contacted customer service only to have the general manager email me personally, offer a phone call to discuss the experience, and never actually answer when I called.
So yeah. Good luck.

My first visit to moes today. I went through the drive through and there were no cars in line. The parking lot was clean. I began looking at the menu and asking questions. The menu didn’t have much verity and The person working the drive didn’t seem to know much so I ordered the stack. I choose steak as my meat. I pulled around to the window and there she gave me my total. When I gave the person working the drive-through she handed me my change back and dropped it outside. All of my change. She didn’t apologize or anything just shut the drive-through window and then I waited for about an additional eight minutes to get my food and it was not even properly packaged. About 75% of my stack was just cheese and bread. With the customer service and the way they prepared food this moes really should find a spot on Ellis Avenue. i’m Grateful for the ones who previously left reviews as I waited on my food I looked at the reviews and it made me decide to pull over and check my food before I left.

This is a quesadilla btw… I didn’t order a quesadilla for it to be untoasted and messy. Also, paid and then 2 minutes later they decided to tell me they were out of the meat I ordered on the sloppy quesadilla.

The food was soo bad. Our hard shell taco was really soft and falling apart. Our quesadilla were super wet and soggy that I had to throw them in the oven to get some of the wetness out of it. The queso was water consistency. The chips were soggy and falling out the bag that I had to transfer most of them to another bag. Nothing seemed as if it was prepared correctly.
Too bad you can’t see the watery consistency of the queso without video.
I am so disappointed, really had my tastebuds set for this.

I ordered online and got a burrito with the adobe chicken. The burrito wasn’t bad, it was good but nothing to write home about. I thought it was strange that when I ordered online there was not an option to add salsa inside a burrito. The majority of the burrito was just rice and beans, although it did have chicken and the other things I ordered. What i was disappointed about though was that they did not give me the salsa that was on my receipt or any salsa at all. The queso I ordered was good, its about the same as the queso you can buy at the grocery store. It seemed fairly overpriced. If you go to a mexican restaurant you can get just as much food or more, and it isn’t fast food.

If I could give a zero I would. We walked in the doors at 9:36 pm google said they closed at 11 but according to the door it was 10. Nothing was said to us about they was closing so we proceded to decide what we wanted. They put our first order in a togo bag said we are closing. As they thru the rest of orders together the attitudes really started. They had broke everything down so of course all the food was cold and old. We paid $72 mind you and then was told we couldnt sit down cause they was closed. I told the lady you dont close til 10 and we will be out by then. At this time it was 9:44. The girl was on the phone talking to someone she went and locked the door. Once I said something to my family about her locking the door she went and unlocked it. Then a man came in and sat down watching us the rest of the time we was there. At 9:57 we got up and walked out and the man followed us out as the lady locked the door behind us. I will be calling corp on Monday and the manager tomorrow. What a horrible end to a fun family night.

Update: went to Moe’s on 7/26/25 and encountered a person deserve not to work with the public, screwed my order up and got an attitude after I returned and remain polite while addressing her and the issue. I do have video but I don’t want anymore bitterness thrown on a place I so love due to one skinny Lil gal with no customer service skills.
I have always preached and believe that employees makes a business, no matter how much the product is! The pic I added suppose to be Moe’s meat Moe’s cheese bowl…..
The amount of money I paid for that bowl to get a spoon full of steak and cheese. 14$ for a kid size dish. On top of that, it had a cup full of salt in it.

Let me preface this review by saying Moe’s is my son and I all time favorite restaurant we go there atleast twice a week to have lunch and guy talk. I’ve been to every Moe’s in the area and I must say this grand opening was terrible from not knowing how to make a quesadilla to half spooning your choice of meat and also just balled up my son’s stack and place it in aluminum foil. The management that was there seem more concerned about getting customers in and them spending money. It was obvious that the employees haven’t been trained properly. The great thing about places where you can watch your food be made is order accuracy! Moe’s in Brandon, MS clearly doesn’t care about that at the moment. I spent $45 with them and would’ve gotten better food from taco bell for $20. Just to think my son and I been counting down the days til opening just to be extremely disappointed

So glad to discover this place. I had never had Moe’s before but I was impressed with the staff, service and the food. I got something for the entire family, and everything was delicious.

Middle aged woman who I guess was shift manager was making me the bacon quesadilla and scooped the burnt bacon crumbs from the bottom of the pan. Clearly the pan was out and that crap was burnt to a crisp. I gave her a look as if to ask if it could get redone and I got an attitude and was told that’s how it comes. I walked out. You ain’t getting my hard earned money for that crap.
