Please train your employees to let the customer know when they get charged extra for things. I went in for the Moe Value meal and paid an extra $2.50 for steak and didn’t know until I was paying. Your employee looked at me stupid but never said a word about it.

I ordered on the app at 4:45pm for a 5:45 pm pick up. When my partner arrived at 5:45 for pickup the order was not ready. Although they were busy the order was not ready until after 6pm, which i understood as they were busy and if that was the only issue with my order it would still be 5 stars. That is not the case though. I ordered a stack with chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, roasted corn, queso, pico de gallo, lettuce and cilantro. However that was not what was on the stack they made. It only had chicken, the regular seasoned rice, black beans and corn. No queso in the item (i did order an additional side but it was supposed to have queso on it) and none of the fresh toppings requested.

Additionally i ordered the spicy red salsa and not sure when they made it or how long its been out but it tastes fermented and like alcohol.

I stopped by Moe’s the other day and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-casual spot. John was the one who took my order and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was super friendly, knew the menu inside and out, and even gave me some great recommendations. My food came out quick and fresh, and you could tell he actually cared about making the experience a good one. Honestly, customer service like that is rare these days—John really makes Moe’s stand out. Definitely coming back

From the moment I walked into Moe’s Southwest Grill, I knew I was in for a treat—but what truly elevated my experience from great to unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by John Parker.
John was the definition of hospitality: warm, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. As soon as I stepped through the door, he greeted me with the iconic “Welcome to Moe’s!” in a way that felt completely sincere and full of energy—not just routine. He guided me through the menu with ease, offering expert recommendations and making sure I got exactly what I wanted (and more).
My burrito was delicious, the toppings were fresh, and everything was served lightning-fast, but what really stuck with me was how John managed the whole line with a smile, treating every customer with respect and personality. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and brings such good vibes to the entire atmosphere.

Floors, bathroom and tables were filthy.
My rice was crunchy. I politely asked for a refund and was told to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting I moved my food to the start of the line and waited on yet another line of customers to be served. I was met with disrespect and hostility. A employee JC threatened to physically harm me. Police will be involved soon. Employees act like a group of thugs baiting customers into confrontation. I don’t know what kind of circus the owner is running but it’s deplorable.

Update: there was a police report made along with witnesses.

We ordered 4 burritos over Uber Eats and paid full price and we just received 2 burritos and one chips as well as the service wasn’t helpful with helping and not doing two more and the burritos were not good and no meat and just tomato’s and stuff not even rice was in there.
