The employees told me the store was closing at 8 PM. My family and I arrived around 7:30, and we waited about 10 minutes for anyone to come out from the back. I understand it was Halloween and they may have been closing early, but the store should have at least posted a notice or updated the hours on the app. The staff could also be much more courteous. I didn’t think I have ever been to this location without there being some problem with our orders. Last night we got to-go bowls and the seasoned rice was so spicy hot my wife could not eat hers. I eat spicy food and it was super spicy even to me. Don’t know whether it was over seasoned on purpose, or by accident, but just another example of how bad this place is operated. Pitiful.

Placed an online order about 10 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, I was greeted with that saying “welcome to moes”. I haven’t eaten at moes in about 20 years. I noticed that my order wasn’t ready yet, so I inquired. Their online system was down, so my order didn’t come through. Their employees jumped into action instead of shrugging their shoulders at me. I appreciate that so much…initiative. I pulled up my order on my phone, and an employee took picture of my order and immediately started my order. They were fast and I felt that they cared and valued me as a patron. I understand a diverse people will have a diverse experience while eating here. But as for me and my house, this place went above and beyond. First time eating moes in 20 years and the experience was outstanding. The food was too. Thanks, team Moes at Lee Branch! You guys and gals should get raises. Owner and Manager….take note.

I ordered via DoorDash. The store accepted the order and waited thirty minutes to tell the dasher they were closed and couldn’t make the order. Super disappointing when they could’ve cancelled it on their end immediately. With them waiting it then made it impossible to order from somewhere else. The dasher said this came from the manager.

ABOVE is what was Ordered!!
What I got was a bowl with some pico de gallo, a trace of shredded lettuce and cheese, a few and I mean a few pinto beans and 3 tiny pieces of chicken like maybe the chicken accidentally fell in there!! Some Chips 1 side of queso…. NO RICE. NO MEAT (not really) No beans, I mean the bottom of the bowl was BARELY covered and we all know, a homewrecker be it a burrito or a bowl generally too much to eat all at once!! WOW I love Moes I hadn’t eaten Moes for a very long time sadly I don’t know if I will ever go back.. Luckily Door Dash refunded most of my $ I didnt have time for re-order but how bad do you have to do your job to NOT put the MAIN INGREDIENTS in a bowl?? SERIOUSLY and they had stickers on the top as if to say YES I put this in!! SMH I did call, the girl on the phone was real nice and hopefully addressed this so others didn’t end up with the lack of service I did. Chips I had chips with a trace of Queso for dinner.. tossed the bowl as ir wasnst even edible just a small layer of sog in the bottom of a bowl … SMH

My son got a kids burrito and I got the full adult – yet the there was barely a noticeable difference in sIze and then half the chips tasted burnt and gross. Then could not get my Moe’s rewards. This location is way below the usual Moe’s experience. Corporate Moe’a really needs to come check this one out and address this one. Won’t ever eat at this location again. Love Moe’s but not welcome to Moe’s here again.
