We went tonight and of course like anywhere it’s hit and miss a bit; however, I had an exceptional experience tonight due to a young worker named Toby. Toby was incredibly kind and helpful- I’ve been there tons of times and had no idea the brown rice was seasoned not wheat and that you guys had adobo and regular chicken. Seems like a small thing- and it is but he was really kind and went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. The food was great. The deals with the apps/texts are great… and if you wind up having Toby help you you will have had a better day because of it!

I hadn’t been there for a bit. Real excited to return. I was absolutely shocked at the price increase on the cheese dip. They were already making a killing! Needless to say I didn’t purchase any. Cut my order short and left. Felt sorta betrayed at the robbery attempt. Won’t be returning. I don’t mind paying good money when I feel like it’s worth it. This place just can’t get it together. After taking a break from Moe’s for several due to very poor service and missing food. I order 2 Homewrecker bowls. Which comes with 2 bags of chips and 2 salsa. I received a one and a half bags of chips. And one small salsa. And zero utensils. Never again. This is why Other restaurants don’t want to come to Cullman. CRAPPY service, CRAPPY management and CRAPPY employees. If you can’t do your job just stay home. Go ahead and close the doors. This is ridiculous.

I stopped going to Moe’s several years ago because I was tired of disappointment. They changed their chicken, you’ve probably heard it all. But it’s significant that this location was a great experience for me- I loveddddd my bowl and it tasted fresh. I’ll be back 🙂
