This place is great! I placed a mobile order in the app and it was ready very fast and I was able to redeem my rewards as well. The only downside (at no fault of this specific store) is that it allows you to put curbside as an option when this store does not have curbside parking! However, the food was great and ready very quickly and the worker was very friendly! Highly reccomend!

My wife and I used to eat at this Moe’s location almost 4 to 5 times per month and we would do half and half protein. It may not be a big deal to anyone else, but since they have changed that they don’t do that anymore, we haven’t eaten there since. We understand why, but we now drive a little further to places that do the half and half…if we’re the only ones, then you’ve only lost us as customers. Sorry, thus the reason for a 1 star…from a place we enjoyed, to a place that we are not going to adapt to their new policy because there are other options that cater to what we want.

I come to Moe’s of Land O Lakes on Monday & Wednesday evenings after the gym at 830pm or 9pm 1 hour or 1.5 hours before close and most of the time the chairs are upside down on the tables, there’s no music, lights are dimmed, I don’t get the big welcome to moes greeting, and the place feels very uninviting, the salsa sauces are put away, many people even ask if they’re still open bc of the unlit sign and chairs. I just wish the staff only put the sauces and chairs away 10 minutes before close not 1-1.5 hours before close. The sign is not even lit up and the place is always empty 830-9-930 because the place looks like it’s about to close. I wish the staff had more professionalism and was more inviting. They don’t even say welcome to Moe’s. The biggest reason I come is the salsa so if they put the salsa away I leave and don’t even order. The staff here drives customers away with their poor demeanor. Another thing is that the chips feel thick and hard and stale and should be fresher. I am not a fan of the new salsa. Old chunky salsa was much better. Bring that back please. Bring back the old moes. The moes by westchase of Tampa is way better. A lot of times staff runs out of veggies in evening and they don’t even make more but there’s an hour left of store being open. Moes of management needs better friendlier staff, lit up sign, better management. Please fix. It’s really depressing to come here even though I like the food. Nobody eats in restaurant because of this. Please improve in store dining experience. Also the workers need to put the meat and toppings not just in the middle of the bowl but spread it evenly left to right so toppings are available for every bite. Please make improvements. Thank you. I want to enjoy coming here.

The food hasn’t disappointed in a long time, always great hospitality and very friendly service. Shawn Jones, the general manager, is an exceptional manager and keeps the restaurant in fantastic form. Out of all the Moe’s locations in the Tampa/Lutz area, this one is easily the best, service wise and food wise.

This experience was quite negative and I definitely wouldn’t repeat it. The person preparing the food clearly wasn’t enjoying their work, as they expressed their frustration throughout the process. The food itself was also very disappointing. I hope they will consider closing this location and replacing it with something more appealing.

1. It’s almost a guarantee they close early every day.
2. They’re always out of something, queso, salsa, etc.
3. The food doesn’t ever seem fresh.

Used to love moes. I’m not sure if it’s this location or moes as a whole, but every time I come here the food tastes bland. Just go to chipotle it tastes fresher and it’s the same price.

Service is always outstanding no matter what time of night or day. I’ve trusted this location with catering for my office on many occasions and personally drive the 20 extra minutes to come here for my own meals instead of the one in carrollwood (that one sucks)! Definitely the best fast food crew around.

Always a great experience at this Moe’s, especially thanks to Isaac and Shawn! They’re consistently friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond every time I stop by. Isaac even remembered my order after I hadn’t been in for a while—such great service! These two definitely make this location feel extra welcoming.

Absolutely terrible. The food was bland, tasteless, and clearly low quality. All four items had little to no meat, which is ridiculous for the price. Everything tasted like it was thrown together with no care. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Moe’s. I will not be coming back.
