My family and I were very excited for dinner tonight as we are a massive Chipotle fan family so we decided to try a new take on the make it your own burrito shop. We walked into Moe’s excited as can be. The smells were amazing and the restaurant is pretty clean. As we start to order the lady, taking our order behind the counter has zero personality and is completely annoyed by us. As we’re ordering you can see it all over her face. She doesn’t want to explain anything about the menu. As I said, it’s our first time. We know nothing about it and our excitement had us asking a few questions about the menu items. We have a son that has a gluten allergy so we ask them if there was certain things that they had that could be safe for somebody with a gluten allergy and they had no idea what we were talking about. The staff is not trained on food allergies at all and are not prepared to answer any questions with food allergies. The rice was completely undercooked and felt like we were still eating raw rice. The steak is completely burnt and way overdone. The queso is pretty decent. I don’t love it I don’t hate it. The shining star was the free salsa that you get with your side of chips. After this experience we definitely will be staying 100% at Chipotle family.

Staff there was super sweet and awesome I felt terrible showing up in the midst of their rush but despite that, they were super chill and worked very well together with all the chaos around them. Slayed the boots down ✨ overall 10/10 loved their vibes 🙂

Moe’s is pretty much the same as Chipotle in food offerings but where it sets itself apart is cleanliness. Prices are about the same but I must say, if you love your food “spicy” try the Moe’s hot sauce. Very good!

Super clean, somehow we beat the lunch and the diner rush at 4pm on a Friday. That’s the secret time where there’s no one in the lobby.
Food was delicious. Only thing not in stock was limes, and as soon as my wife asked for them they were restocked.
My wife got the chicken quesadilla. I got the Homewrecker. Side of queso. Two drinks. Came to a little over $30.
Plenty of parking.
Salsa bar was fresh and clean.
I’d give the experience 10 out of 10 Moes.

Never been to this restaurant before. Put an online order in and decided to go inside to wait for it. I guess I stood at the entrance of the line waiting for my order to be done. Nobody came in after me so I just stood there waiting. One minute before my scheduled pick up time someone asked me if I was ready to order. I told them I was picking up my order and gave all of the counter staff/attendants a good laugh because I didn’t know to go to the register in the back of the restaurant to pick up It was no big deal but they made it one ♀️ The burrito was dry even though I ordered Poblano crema. I will not be returning.

The rice was overcooked, and the bowls are getting smaller and smaller. If I would’ve noticed the overcooked rice, I would’ve gotten lettuce instead…and my niece’s burrito was tiny. I paid almost $40, the queso was delicious as usual.
But when I used to buy Moes, I would feed me for the whole day.
They gave me a baby meal with overcooked rice and gave my niece a baby burrito.

I saw the sign at the door for a $6.95 burrito. My burrito with chicken was $12. I’m wondering what I get for $6.95. But large burrito and chips. Fast service.

My fiance and I ordered Moe’s today and ordered online thinking it would help cut down any wait time. Boy were we wrong. We got there to get our food at the time they said it would be ready but it was absolutely not ready. We had to stand at the counter hoping for our food to come out or even someone to even greet us. Nothing. A woman comes out from the back, eventually, but is moving like molasses on a cold winter day in New York during a blizzard. People in front of us were just as angry as us at the lack of service and apparent speed to get our food to us. We didn’t even get everything that we had ordered. No salsa, no queso AND the chips are stale. We eventually get out to the car and immediately check one of our burritos and (brace yourself) it’s COLD! The HOT burrito that I was supposed to receive was cold because of their lackadaisical attitudes and terrible customer service. My fiance and I have always loved going to this Moe’s but after today and the service we received, I don’t think we will be back.

Ordered grubhub. 2 burritos and 1 taco missing out of the order. We then drove to the store to get then and got home and realized they were made wrong. Taco was just supposed to be meat and cheese no veggie and one of the burritos was supposed to have veggies but was just “meat” barely but mostly just a rice and bean burrito. Very little meat and no veggies.
Super disappointed in both Moe’s and Grub hub.
Meh… once upon a time Moe’s was the best and now…this. Won’t be back for a while. Do better. In this economy we work very hard for our money and deserve better with your overpriced food and overpriced delivery service grubhub. Shame .
