We had a large birthday party order that got canceled last minute, and Wesley at Moe’s was incredibly helpful in making sure we could still get everything we needed. Let me start by saying my review is not a reflection of the young man who was working in there all by himself while his partner was hanging out with her boyfriend in the break room. This poor young man was hit by a car earlier in the day and still worked all alone for the at least 40 minutes. We stood inside this store waiting that long! Mind you, he was fast fast fast and it still took forever. He changed gloves between everything too! The food was terrific but this poor kid had to do everything himself from taking orders, making to go orders, cutting up new food and cashing people out. I don’t know who runs this operation but that is just absolutely atrocious behavior to ask that much from one employee! I’m shocked. There was a huge spill in the store, I placed the wet floor sign as there was nobody in sight to assist. I usually love Moe’s as a franchise but whomever owns this particular one. Do better. You need to do better.

This was absolutely disgusting. flies flying around. food left out on counters, unmaintained common areas. I am truly sickened. the tortillas were stale, chips were stale. mind you this was on a FRIDAY around 5:00. the line was out the door and 3 people left the establishment after waiting for 15 minutes when theres 2 people working and only one making food. we had to watch the flies flying around all over the food while waiting for the employee to check people out. not to mention two burritos sitting out in the open for at least 30 minutes.

Went out to Moe’s to grab 2 quesadillas and chips and queso tonight. Only one employee in the restaurant taking care of walk ins and lots of online orders. Wesley was awesome. Very personable and so friendly. Food was really good and we were very impressed with Wesley running everything! Great job Wesley!

The tall guy working with glasses was extremely rude. He made various comments about how it was an inconvenience for him to come help the trainee make a larger order. Told us that the store was 10,000 dollars under for the week revenue and then complained about how hard it was to make the veggies on the spot. He was very rude to the trainee (Diamond). Diamond did amazing and was very nice. After we made a comment about him making rude comments he then kept yelling “how was I rude” instead of saying I am sorry. He kept slamming the food on the counter repetitively. When we mentioned anything he would keep replying with “like I said” which is flat out rude. He kept bringing up an inspection over and over which is extremely inappropriate. Overall, the experience with him was over the top rudest I have ever seen. He ruined the Moes experience and I hope he gets fired for his actions. Again, I could never imagine working with someone like him and would really appreciate if his actions were addressed.

At this point Moe’s either needs to invest money in this place or close it down. As always the people working here are doing what they can. They’re personable and polite.
This is the third time over several months we’ve come when the ice machine is broken, the soft drinks are room temperature, the juice machines are either off or not working and they couldn’t make what we wanted because the fryer isn’t on. They’re literally having to explain to people how to get food correctly.
At this point I’m worried if the food is safe to eat if the temperatures can’t be maintained.
I’ve eaten at Moe’s in several states and locations and this does not/should not represent their values.
I’ve never written a “bad” review before. If I don’t like a place I just don’t review it. This is something more and that’s why I care enough for the customers and the people who work here to write a bad review.

Wesley at the Ocala location took care of our order. He made it just the way we needed it. I have bariatric dietary restrictions and my children have specific medical dietary needs. Thank you for making this meal easy and healthy for my family. He also went above and beyond to provide fresh produce. He was also very nice on top of professional. Thank you Wesley. Happy holidays!

Use to be a great place to eat with great customer service. There was 2 nice incredibly sweet young women and and two different dudes that was working nights at this location new employees Robert and Wesley not great at customer service at all.while they are on duty food is either old under cooked or over cooked the counter has food thrown around the sections are not being cleaned the self serve items are not being stocked. I Got a double protein bowl with steak and chicken steak was completely under cooked completely pink and chicken was straight rubber. As many times ive been here I have never had an experience like this. went in for a refund and instead of a refund employee Wesley became combative about my money and refused to submit me a refund until I asked for a manager. Apparently they both were managers but not able to process my refund. I waited an hr for them to get a general manager to process me a refund. After having me wait a hr I was told to come back sat for a refund because I did not want another bowl by Wesley.Why would I want another bowl after uncooked and over cooked meat the food area is not being kept clean and an attitude from the employees. Employees refused to take accountably for the food. Didn’t even look at the food and had a matter of fact attitude about the food. The worst food service I have ever experienced in my life. I will also be reporting to Moe’s corporate. Wesley specifically if that’s even his name had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in food service and is not good for business Hopefully I receive my refund sat. Ordered online for pick up, I ordered white meat chicken Burrito meal, my husband ordered double meat steak. As he was eating his Burrito he noticed some pieces of the steak were pink/red and chewy. He took a couple more bites but continued to see raw meat and stop eating and threw away more than half his burrito. As I stared biting into my chicken Burrito I noticed bright red which I thought was maybe a tomato (which I did not request) so I pulled it out and it was raw steak. I unfolded my burrito and noticed a lot more raw pieces of steak in my supposed to be white meat chicken. Before throwing away my meal I took these photos.
I also paid for a meal with a drink and side of queso that I did not receive as well as a side of moes sauce which was also not given.

I was served by two wonderful women diamond and Dana. Funny and sweet ladies served us with effencienty and a good attitude. Loved the music in the backround and watching Dana serve costumers with such a positive attitude. Will be back again very happy.
