I went to moe’s to get some nachos I asked if i could have more queso and the manager lady said no and gave me only a very tiny amount of queso. She said it would be a 3$ up charge if I wanted that which was fine if she would have put queso on it to begin with it was covering 1/4 of the chips never had that happen before . I told her “They always at least cover the chips .” And she still wouldn’t at least put a decent amount and had such a nasty attitude over it . She was the manager and was so rude and such bad service. I was looking forward to at least having a normal amount of queso on my 12$ nachos since the meat looked like it had been sitting out for 12 hours. One star for this moes and this managers attitude and luck of CS skills . Could put sauce and sour cream on nachos and old meat but a tiny drizzle of queso

It’s is a typical Moe’s in every way. Nothing too special. The food was ok and the service was nice enough it will.do In a pinch.

Wish I had read the recent reviews before stopping here with my family. Bland mushy food, extremely dirty, and deteriorating furnishing. I now understand why we were the only customers here. The hair in the chips was a nice touch. You think the management would see the horrible reviews and attempt to change but apparently not.

Every time I order at night and the middle aged lady is working, my food is somehow lacking. The queso I get every time she is there is never filled to the top. If I am paying $5 for a container of queso, I expect it to be filled fully. I have never left a review before but this is at least the 5th time I have ordered from here and she has done this. I don’t know if it is because they are running low and they don’t want to make more, but EVERYTIME the queso is only 2/3 or 1/2 full. Very annoying. Will not be continuing to come here.

The. Lady may the manager act like her store and was so greedy giving you food like she loos. Money and asfoe cheese sauce did know price and it be $3 more I think did know price and did get cash receipt ask for one got mad to have stop looking for it said it hard to find. I never be back safe you the headache go somewhere easy.

Most disappointing service ever. Management s he would be ashamed. Time of visit was 1:00. Manager waited on us. Very standoffish and rude. Very stingy with toppings for my nachos and my husband’s bowl. Seriously, you are awful. No recept offered at all and we asked for it she came to the table with an attitude. Awful Awful!!

Went and did a build your own stack online.
Inside they had a movie playing loud.
Picked up the food to go home to eat it…..
I was so hungry I was just trying hard to get past the hard chicken bits…
I ended up taking most of the pieces out after chewing and feeling another hard and unchewable piece….
The chips were so greasy and they never even gave the salsa or the sauce on the side.
I think I learned my lesson. I’ll wait for Fusion Taco truck to be at their location I won’t go to Moe’s…

Very sad experience. Very dirty place starting with the food line , soda machine, salsa bar.
AC connection don’t work omg very unhappy customer. I don’t know ♀️ what happened with Moe’s . Only one employee tried to do everything and forgot to chance the gloves no good. I wasting my money coming her.

Food is bland and the inside is dirty. Wouldn’t go back. There is a very low pitch rumbling noise inside that is physically painful to be around at the front seating area.

I usually love Moe’s — the queso, the salsa bar, the “Welcome to Moe’s!” shout — it’s all part of the charm. But today’s lunch was… more of a saucy tragedy than a Tex-Mex triumph.
I picked up my online order, got back to the office, opened it up, and was immediately greeted by a sour cream and queso soup. Somewhere under that lake of sauce, I assume there was a tortilla — but I’ll never really know. It was completely unrecognizable and definitely not something I could eat without a snorkel.
I drove all the way back to get it remade, and while I truly appreciated that they did fix it, the woman at the grill wasn’t too thrilled about it. She kept repeating that they “make it how the ticket says” — and I kept repeating, I’m not blaming anyone, I just physically can’t eat this cheese puddle for lunch.
A simple quality check before pickup orders go out would go a long way. Most of us grabbing lunch are on the clock — and driving back to fix a foil-wrapped food flood isn’t exactly ideal.
Thanks for the redo, Moe’s. Let’s just aim for less soup, more burrito next time.
