I enjoyed a takeaway lunch here with build my own salad. Leafy lettuce with deep salted pinto beans started my flavor expression. I tried adobe chicken but opted for plain chicken, pico de gallo, lots of sliced black olives and extra charge guacamole. I also grabbed a medium guacamole and chips.
I grabbed a tea from fresh brewed tea with unsweet as my choice over sweet tea, and I passed on the CocaCola® freestyle ® options.
MICHAEL offered great service with a smile with ANDREA checked me out efficiently.
The menus are on large papers with rasdbld font as well as posted on the wall with huge readable letters

Worst Moe’s meal ever! I never leave reviews and this time I felt like I needed to.. Rice was hard, everything was dried out. I couldn’t even eat my homewrecker. We showed up around 8:15 and if you are open till 10 you need to do better. Makes me never want to eat Moe’s again.

Walked in and on one was at the counter. I wasn’t the only one there. Waited two to three minutes for two people to come out of the back to finally greet everyone. I order the junior Burrito meal with no extras. Should have been 9.95 as a special and they ring up as a burrito jr and a make it a meal for 11.99. I order something in a Miami Mira a couple weeks back with no issues. I was just very disappointed. For a bowl meal and a junior burrito meal a walked out at over 30 bucks. I’ll probably just go to Qudoba next time. Service was just not good. I won’t be back.

Drove 30 minutes away to eat here & walked in the store at 9:30 P.M when they close at 10. Johnthan told me he’s unable to make my 2 stacks (the only thing we eat there) because the grill is off & they already cleaned it. I expressed that’s the only thing we eat there and I just drove 30 minutes away and we have another 30 minutes until close and he did not care & did not try to help me at all. I asked them if the manager is aware of this and he said yes, and they are fine with it. Completely unacceptable. Very, very upset that I wasted my time driving to Fort Myers. Will NEVER support this business again!!!

Good food filthy business. Welcome to Moe‘s! Fast service but they don’t like cleaning their dining room. Food everywhere. Garbage bins haven’t been clean in a while they were over flowing. I hope the back of the house doesn’t reflect what’s going on in the dining room. Love their soda machine.

Food was definitely not at temp. Customer service was not good and the soda machine was out so they were up hanging for bottles of soda. If you can go somewhere else do so.

I moved down here from Chicago, but on vacation one time found a Moe’s in Jacksonville and I was hooked! My son was super little, but he heard it one time and started yelling it out to everyone who came in was the cutest thing ever! Still does it too, 20 years old and can’t wait to say it again!

Stopped here past 8pm on a Monday with my kid to get some dinner. Stores say open till 10pm, but we felt rushed to eat our food. They were putting away all the food, closing out the trashes, putting chairs on tables as if they are getting ready to close in 10min. It wasn’t even 9pm on a Monday

Jonathan at 9:25 (35 minutes before close) tells my wife that they won’t make any Stacks because they already cleaned their grills and refused to make the only thing we order there after driving 30 minutes to get it. Absolutely absurd.
