Stopped in when we were passing through – our food was serviced hot. Ingredients were fresh.
Indoor seating – booths, tables and chairs, outside patio table. Salsa bar for chips. Soda machine with selections. Easy access, plenty of parking.

I got the grilled steak burrito, love it , are choices of meat, rice, vegetables to make your own bowl or burrito. Service was fast and food delicious. Prices are good considering the size of food served.

You can’t even compare this place to my favorite moes in Seminole! Employees have no enthusiasm in there job! Wearing a headphone in while taking a customers order( couldn’t hear me clearly) I wonder why! It stems from the manager that wasn’t managing at all! The rice was hard but the meat was okay! They didn’t even have sheets for the trays they were using Togo bags! I walked the floor and every single table was filthy! We had to ask them to clean a table for us! Anyone thinking of going to this one I hope you read this and go to the Seminole location because this place just shames the moes atmosphere! This is a shame and I believe a change in management would be there best to turn this place around! No ice in the soda machine, soda and sauce station an absolute mess and nothing stocked! Not organized and gloomy atmosphere!! Please do something to this place to make it better!! Oh and there “welcome to moes” absolutely atrocious!

We had an amazing experience at this location!!
The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with generous portions to boot. But what really made our visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly, making us feel like part of the family. The staff were attentive, enthusiastic, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, with a fun and energetic vibe. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another delicious meal at Moe’s!”

Came for moes Monday but didn’t get the discount because the app they promote doesn’t even have it on there. Stale chips and barely full queso which we paid extra for. The steak bowl was barely half full and even took down all salsas by 9pm. Employees couldn’t do anything about the app not having discount but tried. This visit still beats the last one where the women in front of us picked her wedgie then put her hands over the windows lol.

I went to have lunch with my partner and we saw a sign on the door saying equipment temporarily unavailable but it didn’t necessarily state specifics. When we got to the counter, we ordered our food and after getting to the table, everything was cold and I realized that all the serving pans of food were sitting in disposable aluminum pans with water that was probably supposed to keep it hot. I find it very disappointing that the store was not more transparent about their equipment issue nor was the employee telling anyone about the potential for food temperatures. This has the potential to be dangerous with their food sitting in the temperature danger zone. Needless to say, we did not eat very much and left quietly with a lot of disappointment.

We took out our dinner. The bowl had dry rice and chicken was stale. Kids quesadillas was first packed like you squeeze the aluminum foil when your food is done. Then my son tried the food and quesadillas were dry. No flavor in burritos that I forgot to take the picture. The store atmosphere itself was not cleaned and fresh looking. So decided to take out. We were trying the restaurant for the first time. We are very disappointed.

Walked in and that should have been the first sign, we should have left based on the smell. Additionally we got home to eat out food and the queso was so thick you couldn’t place a chip in it and additionally my burrito was as cold as an ice cube. I love moes normally but this place is horrible.

This was quite literally the filthiest restaurant I can recall going into in the past 20 years. The Coke freestyle machine button is moldy when you depress it. The salsa/sauce bar had one dry (actually crusty, it was so dry) container. One of the salsas was the consistency of water. There were gnats or fruit flies all around it. The floor is sticky .
This was all on a Sunday at 2 pm – they were not slammed – it’s rainy out and there were only 2 guests in the dining room.
I tried to leave feedback on the corporate site instead of leaving a negative review, but as soon as you click “leave feedback” to input your comments/concerns/questions/etc it sends to to a page that says “thanks for your feedback” lol soooo no feedback was given.
The employees seemed pleasant enough but based on all that, I’m tossing this meal into the trash without eating it, which is why I am not even ranking the food. Management needs to get involved, even if that means doing the cleaning themselves to show their employees how it’s done.
