Excellent Customer Service, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the entire staff with a theme greeting. My wife placed an order online, as soon as I walked in my order was waiting for me. Very clean & sanitary environment & the food was great. I had the privilege to meet the owner and he saw me ask for some things on the side, when his staff accommodated me, he instructed them to give me larger portions of those sauces etc. Just exceeptional customer service you cannot beat & you can see it comes from the top down! Very busy & popular location, now I see why. Easy 5 Star Moe’s!! Check these guys out

THIS PLACE IS TRASH. STAY AWAY!!!! You have been warned !!!!! This place is trash! I ordered online when I got there the place was filthy and disorganized. You couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge you. So I after waiting a while and the order never coming out I just left. I didn’t complain about anything. I just left annd ate at home. Then the next day they have the nerve to email me a survey, so I gave them zero’s on everything and stated I never even got my food. They must have forwarded my survey to the manager who contacted me by email. (I didn’t ask them to do that) Toal waste of time! The manager Maria H instead of apologizing or being sympathetic just emailed me a pic of the bag or the food I never received. What a waste of energy. It would have been better had she said nothing and not even contacted me. No “ I’m so sorry “ or “come back for a remake “. I never responded back to her nor will I ever return to this Coral Springs Moe’s Their rating is a 3.7 which is very low but it should be lower because if you scroll down you’ll see a Maria H (the same manager) left a fake review on her own store. What a looser Places like this deserve to close down. Do better or shut down !!

Asked for 3 crunchy shell tacos and it looks like the employee threw my food on the floor and dance all over it.. The shell is not as what it’s advertised to be. It was not at all crunchy. It was mush and the shell was completely

I eat here all the time and the food is consistent. The staff is very kind and always serves me very well. The chips and salsa here are amazing and very tasty. The hot salsa they make here is amazing a spicy I love it. Chips always taste fresh.

First time coming to this location. Notice there wasn’t people in the location like the other food places in the plaza. The service was good to us but they look like they don’t like their job, unhappy, they did talk among themselves in a different language. The food was good. The location is nice and neat just not much people and the workers personality really.

I would rate this -5 stars if I could. I wrote this review before leaving the parking lot. Who in the right mind prioritizes DoorDash orders over paying customers in the store, there was a line almost out the door. Qualify the customers that are inside, Terrible service corporate needs to run the store. People started ordering DoorDash orders in line because of your prioritization. Waited 45 minutes for a burrito. Shame on me for coming here again.

Had a pretty negative experience here. I had a deal on my Moe’s app for a free cup of queso that clearly said it expires 3/21. It was really the reason why I went there in the first place. I scanned the QR code at the register and the system apparently wasn’t working and it wouldn’t apply my reward. They were trying to tell me I can use it after a 7 day period, not that I have 7 days to use it? That doesn’t make any sense. I clearly showed them my phone scrolling through the app trying to apply the reward to scan. The owner just stood there shaking her head no and wanted to charge me instead of accommodating to the customer. At that point I just told them I didn’t want it. Poor customer service. Also it’s pretty dirty by the salsa bar and drink stand as there’s ants crawling over everything. Don’t eat here. Restaurant is dirty and has horrible management.

I frequent this Moe’s location regularly, and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the staff is usually friendly, welcoming, and professional. However, my most recent visit was completely ruined by one employee, Nancy (a woman in a pink shirt and hat), whose behavior was beyond unacceptable.
I understand that not every day is a good day, and the last thing I would ever want to do is make someone’s job harder. I respect people who work in customer service, but Nancy was downright monstrous. She was rude, aggressive, and went out of her way to target customers. I watched her publicly humiliate another customer over their BOGO deal, yelling across the restaurant and embarrassing them in front of everyone. Then, even after I had already received my order and was sitting down, she suddenly screamed at me from across the restaurant, falsely accusing me of stealing soda when I only had a cup of ice. It was completely unnecessary and humiliating.
At that point, it felt like she was looking for people to harass, rather than doing her job. Instead of diffusing situations or acting professionally, she stormed to the back to gossip about customers with other employees, proving that her nasty attitude wasn’t just a moment of frustration, but a pattern.
I have been coming to this location for a long time because of the great service and atmosphere, but this experience left me completely shocked. Moe’s is an amazing restaurant, and I hope management takes action because no customer should have to feel humiliated just for dining here.

Absolutely disgusting customer service everyone acts like they do not want to be there, I came to ask about a deal they have going on but the employee told me we don’t do that, l asked what location do she told me look in the app saying it’s not her problem. Then proceeded to speak about me with facial expressions in creole (she probably thought I couldn’t understand her). Then when I asked here if the manager was here she Saadi “NO” I said “so you guys don’t have a manager?” I see replied “No we don’t!” I laughed and proceeded to order because I came here for me and my son to eat. When I got my food the rice was super under cooked and everything lacked flavor. It was good the first time and this was my second experience. I will stick with Chipotle over receiving this customer service any day.
