My entire quesadilla was legit not cooked. I ordered from DoorDash but that shouldn’t mean you should just not give a shit about quality. This is the worst meal I’ve ever received from a MOE’S and there’s a clear reason all of them keep getting closed. This was disgustingly disappointing and I hope they do better, or just shut this restaurant down!

I typically don’t create reviews but I’m lowkey livid. I drive 38 mins ONE WAY, out of my way, to go to this Moe’s bc this is the closest one to Mount Dora and skimped is the nicest word you can use.. my bowl is missing a whole entire side, hardly a scoop of meat, and they couldn’t even fill my queso up. Obviously they need to leave MINIMAL room so it doesn’t overfill but they scooped maybe two in a half scoops in my CUP. So livid and irritated. Also, the white guy with the black glasses HATES his job and needs to find a new one. The man on the register today was fab but overall would rather drive an hour to Daytona bc the service, food and atmosphere is a lot better just hate the drive. Again, do better.

Moe’s used to be one of my favorite places to get takeout. Since moving to this store, I haven’t gotten Moe’s for weeks. The online ordering experience is horribly inconsistent. And it’s not just because of a poorly designed app, but multiple basic items like pico, corn, and lettuce all being unavailable. There has been times where the whole menu is straight up unavailable. There was also a multiple week period where the online ordering system was completely unavailable.
The ingredient outages may not be the case if you were to go in-store. But what’s the point of having an online ordering system if I’m just going to have to order in a nearly empty store with wet floors from moping and maybe two employees doing stuff in the back at 6pm? I also cannot remember the last time I was greeted when I walked in either. I feel bad for the man who I believe is the manager because he seems like a nice guy and has always been quick to help serve. However until they can fix their numerous online and in-store experience issues, I doubt I will be returning to this location.

No wonder this place is dead and why I only go to chipotle. The most incompetent workers I’ve ever experienced. First they charge me for the wrong item and then they give me the wrong size queso for the nachos when I asked for the correct size he said he’d have to charge me because he already gave me one the wrong size. Stay away from this place.

The guy tending the counter was friendly and professional but overall this location was sub-par. I generally like the Moe’s chain. My burrito just didn’t taste fresh or have much flavor. The chicken was dry, but I’m glad I didn’t order the beef because when I saw it in the window it looked burnt. The salsas were so-so. One of them at the salsa bar looked like it was past its prime so I didn’t try it. There are fresh lemonades which were OK and I have only seen that at this location.

Ordered DoorDash, ordered 2 bowls. First of all the salsa for the chips and salsa the cup was puffed up and when I opened it, it splattered all over me and it smelled rancid. Definitely been sitting out. My bowls were horrible and were so nasty I wouldn’t even get a second bite out of them. This place needs to be shut down. Please listen to the reviews and never open from here ever again. If I could rate this it would be a 0/10. Food poisoning would definitely come from this place.

Ordered catering directly from Moe’s for a celebration of life. Scheduled pickup for 11:45a-12:00p. When my wife arrived, they said they were just finishing up, okay. Then she watched one of the only two employees leave to go buy sour cream. Then never talked to her again until over an hour later when they gave her the order. I messaged Moe’s and a manager said they would look into and get back to me. That was a month ago, no response. $250 order and cant be bothered to communicate, noted.

This place is horrible!!!! Terrible service. Everything is super dirty. Looks like they barely clean their stations no wonder why I got sick. Even the bathrooms are completely disgusting. This place used to be amazing and now is a terrible place to eat plus suuuper expensive. Do better Moes!
