Went there at 8:30pm on a Wednesday.
They close at 10pm.
There were no other customers.
I waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted.
All the two guys did was work on To Go orders the whole time.
I would have left, but I was picking up dinner for my daughter.
She was expecting it.
When one of them finally decided to take my order, there was no apology or anything.
Also they had to make fresh chips because they were out.
I suppose that could be considered a good thing.
Been going for years.
I won’t be back.

I don’t know what happened to Moe’s. My dad and I used to go every week because the food was consistent and the salsa was the best in town. Now whenever I go the onions are never cut up, the customer service is mediocre at best (don’t even say welcome to Moe’s) and worst of all, they changed all of their salsas. It’s depressing that my favorite Mexican restaurant has become my least favorite. I used to advocate for Moe’s over Chipotle or even Las Margaritas but now I’d rather eat anywhere else. I know they won’t go back to their old ways, and in part I believe it’s due to budget cuts and COVID. But if they won’t go back, neither will I. Adding to this, this specific place has got to be treating their workers like filth, because one of the ladies said she had been working for 16 hours when I got there before closing.

Not enough staff for the business on Kids eat free day. One person for online orders & one person for walk in clients. Didn’t have some food available at the time of ordering. Food was cold. This was my 1st time trying Moe’s it has put a bad taste in my mouth. I am willing to try another Moe’s but not this location.

They need to clean the seating area and bathrooms. Food and service good just clean up please. Mess was definitely not from recent customers. Have visited this location on previous occasions but appears to need more attention.

Our family walked in at 930. Website hours posted open until 10 as did hours posted on door. Food tasted good but was definitely end of day quality. That’s the good. The bad…we finished ordering at 935 and were told we couldn’t eat in the lobby because it was closed. There were puddles of water all over the floor. My son slid and fell and bumped his head getting his drink from the soda fountain. The staff told us we needed to leave and could not stay in the lobby any longer. They continued to wait on 2 additional customers who walked in while we were picking up our food from the table we planned to sit at.
You shouldn’t keep a location open if the staff is not capable of serving customers nor if the lobby is a literal hazard to simply walk through.
I paid over $60 for a meal we ate on our laps in our car after my son wiped out in a puddle of water on the floor of the lobby.

Restaurant needs a thorough cleaning, its absolutely disgusting from the layers of dust, to the disgusting bathroom with no lighting to the leaky ceiling dripping water….. the food was “ok” and that’s being nice, the only thing actually decent was the service, everyone was nice and helpful.

This place is nasty. Haven’t been here in several years and oh my how it has gone down. The food isn’t too bad but the place is disgusting. It stinks, it is just not clean anymore yuck! Not to mention when we left there was a transit outside asking for money. Won’t be going back. What a shame used to be such a good place

Food was quickly made, but skimpy on fillings and all the rice was piled on one side of my stacker and my wife’s burrito. We sat to eat and as the meal went on, we slowly started looking around at the cleanliness of this place…which it was not at all. Every surface had food and splatters on it. The table, benches, napkin holders, walls, salsa counter, floor. Even the coke machine screen was covered in some mystery goop. Half the salsa was empty and what was left tasted watery and old. As we were cleaning up, an employee brought out a “new” bowl of salsa, dripping all over the place. He proceeded to scrape the old, watery salsa that was remaining in the bottom of the original salsa bowl right on top of the “new” one he brought out. Making a huge mess in the process. Didn’t seem to concern him. Hope we don’t get sick after eating there. Absolutely nasty.

Ordered for pickup at this Moe’s location and my order was done perfectly and ready on the pickup shelf when I got there. Definitely a smooth experience. Staff was friendly and acknowledged me right as I walked in. Was in and out in less than 10 seconds with my food. Will definitely be using this Moe’s again in the future!
