Perfect 5 stars all around. Walked in the door, immediately greeted with a hearty “Welcome to Moe’s!” by every worker within view of the door. As I went to order, the young man behind the counter was extremely exuberant and appeared almost excited at the mere opportunity to take my order. I ordered a bowl with seasoned rice, chicken, black beans, sour cream and queso. Simple, yet perfectly elegant just to my taste buds’ desires. I was very satisfied with the portions of my rice chicken and beans, however when it came time to pour my queso, I was left with nothing but satisfaction, allowing me to debate whether I even needed sour cream to
make my bowl creamy enough. Absolute 10/10 would order again and I will definitley go out of my way to return to this Moe’s just because of the pleasure and satisfaction I left with tonight. I came in with 12 dollars and left with whimsy and a full stomach. 1/6/26 8:24 PM. The bowl that changed my night, and date that changed my life.

Where do I begin. I ordered the Jr. Burrito with steak and my husband had the home wrecker with white meat. My steak was completely dried out. Like it had been repeatedly microwaved. The lettuce was wilted. The brown rice was hard. No salsa available for the chips. The young man that assisted us did his best under the circumstances. The lady that was there showed no interest and provided no assistance when everything was backed up. The restaurant was filthy. The sweet tea container had unsweetened tea. This is the worst Moe’s I’ve ever spent my hard earned money at and it will be my last. Their slogan “Welcome to Moe’s” should be “Enter at your own risk “.

I’ve visited Moe’s several times now and have consistently had a good experience. The chicken bowls with veggies and chips are always delicious, with generous portions. The service is quick and efficient. If you order on Monday they give free drink. Despite that, I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Met Anthony the new GM at this location. He was so nice. Came around to make sure I didn’t need anything and that I was pleased with what I got. It was delicious.

First time at Moes, it smelled good but when the girl asked me “what else would u like?” In the 2nd section I said “what can I get?” She said “veggies” and I saw nothing… I saw one carton of corn that was almost done, a carton that was empty and then another carton that looked like maybe it had one strip of onions or something but it was done… So I moved to the next isle etc.
Service was sub par.
‼️when I got to the cashier, I finally noticed that the place just looked very unclean, not taken care of, (should’ve taken photos) you got garbage cans where there shouldn’t be, and just disorganized. Like you can tell no one cares about this place. Lol. Smh.
At first I was gonna rate it 4 ⭐️ just cuz where were “the veggies?” Then 3 ⭐️ because service was ehh. Then 2 ⭐️ because the food (although I was grateful for a meal) had no real flavor. And I felt like “do they wipe these counters?” When I got my chips in the bag and they moved my burrito from the counter to the bag on top of the chips. – After seeing the whole place..
I was also told I should’ve gotten salsa. I didn’t know Moes had different salsas for their chips, lol. I got Just a bag of nachos. – what am I to do with all these nacho chips? LOL.
Won’t go there again.
I’ll try another Moes elsewhere.

This was genuinely one of the worst service experiences I’ve had here. The employee was scraping the absolute bottom of every container and only giving half scoops of whatever was left. The sour cream was completely empty, so instead of replacing it, he squeezed the last remnants out of three different bottles like that was acceptable. When I asked for a normal amount, he caught an attitude and dumped an excessive amount of sour cream into the bowl out of spite. When I said never mind and decided to leave, he responded with “wow, that was such a waste of time,” as if my order wasn’t the problem. The bowl wasn’t even full and looked unappetizing. Total waste of my time.

Very disappointed, no salsa bar or lemonade,was told manager was going to get some(watch him for almost an hour talking to the guy standing in bathroom photo) and the bathroom was closed . Not impressed with this location. Manager jumped in to help line crew as I left. Pictures are from when I left ,spent an hour eating my dry burrito and chips YUM.

I’m soooooooooooooooo disappointed! I stopped eating here for over a year because they NEVER got my order right. I decided to try it again today. I got to the restaurant and got my bag from the pickup counter. The printout on the bag was correct, and the printouts on the containers were correct. I couldn’t see much under the sour cream and lettuce on top, but everything smelled divine. I had high hopes, but they crashed as soon as I dug in to my food at home. I ordered adobo chicken; I got ground beef. I ordered cilantro lime rice; I got none. I ordered black beans; I got none. I ordered green salsa; I got red salsa. I’m so done with this place.

The grossest interior of a restaurant I’ve ever seen. The kid behind the counter was very apologetic about having to get everything we were trying to order because the manager (whom was there an 1-1/2 before opening per her) didn’t have one thing ready. There was also another employee that had no care when it came to helping the young man out. Music was booming through the back area overwhelming the front.
