I’m usually die hard Chipotle girl, but decided to switch it up today. And I have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised. We got the adobo chicken bowl and ground beef bowl, and everything was so good. Ingredients seem fresh, and decently affordable too! Definitely try this location out for lunch.

Moe’s….your entire company should be ashamed of yourselves. This review is specifically for the Atlantic Blvd. location near Girvin in Jacksonville, FL.
I just spent a little under $17 for a chicken quesadilla (just white meat chicken and cheese only) along with the smallest sized side of queso. No drink. I was in complete disbelief when I saw how small of a serving of chicken that was put on the quesadilla. I have been a chef for over 20 years, and it was barely 3 ounces of meat. I was charged $0.99 extra for this type of meat, and I was served hardly any. In the picture I posted, there is such a little amount of chicken in there that I could fold back half of the entire quesadilla to show it is mostly cheese. As for the side of queso: $2.59 and they couldn’t even fill it up to the proper level. I have these exact portion cups at home, I am not even exaggerating.
My wife and I have been coming to Moe’s since 2005, and never before have I been this shocked at the cost and the severely low portions.
As for the service: the guy making the food will barely talk loud enough to hear him, and his portioning was poor. If management makes them serve such tiny portions, then it is just comical. I am not sure if they serve less as a front line decision because they are lazy and do
not want to prep more.
Again, as a chef, I KNOW portion sizes and value for your money. Moe’s is robbing you blind if you choose to keep accepting these outrageous prices. I can go to a sit down restaurant for nearly the same price now with the only difference being the tip factor. And by the way, I ALWAYS tip the workers at Moe’s, but the company has now swallowed up that extra money. I would have given zero stars if it were possible. Pathetic. Where is the management at this place?!

Messed up my order, so I called to let them know. I’m told to meet the team lead at a certain time for my order to be remade. I arrive the following day for the manager to decline to remake my order and just give me chips and cheese. She called him and since he gsve me his word they remade it. I’m still missing my sauce on the side and they made me pay out of pocket for queso again. Won’t be returning. Thank you Connor, you should be the GM

Now that they’ve ended Moe’s $5.99 Wednesday, it’s just not worth it to go here.

I haven’t been to Moe’s in years due to the small portion size and it seems to be the same. The taste was as good as I remember and they have my family a large bag of chips which I enjoyed. The only complaint that I continue to have is portion size for the price you pay. My homewrecker burrito was 3″ by 6″ which was filling, but I can get more for the same price elsewhere.

Never, I have never been treated so bad in a mold, and I become the most for years. These three ladies seem to make sure that the Caucasian customers are well taken care of, but not the people of color. These ladies were very rude stingy with a portion but gave the other individual large lump portion and I think MANAGEMENT should definitely reevaluate these ladies that they have at the front desk who treat people differently. I’m not sure exactly why but definitely not something that I want to supportand hopefully the cameras are full and they start watching their behavior.

I thought I was ordering a quesadilla with chicken and onions and peppers, but it turns out I was ordering a tortilla with a small side of chicken, onions and peppers. If I wanted to eat a plain tortilla, I would just go to the store and buy a pack of tortillas Instead of spending $15 on a tortilla with a very small side of chicken onion of peppers. And of course they give us the chips, but then nothing at all to dip them in. There was no pico de gallo on the side, per what I ordered and paid for. There was nothing just a bag of chips. Consistency is key in keeping consistent customers.

Always have a group of eight or more and tonight was no different, haven’t been to a Moe’s in sometime and I have to say great job guys everyone was polite and patient with each of my children as they ordered and everything moved smoothly. I was actually surprised that this location was not busy at all really even though everything was clean, professional and welcoming all at once. We had a great experience here if you couldn’t already tell.
