We come here quite often and we always have a pleasant experience, food is delish, sauces are stocked and restaurant clean. The customer service is outstanding and a special shoutout to Troy who’s always there when we come in, he’s amazing and always pleasant. Troy always goes above and beyond and deserves the recognition! Please ensure he is recognized! We will definitely keep coming back.

It’s sad that Moe’s is not good anymore!! Ordered a chicken bowl and could not find the chicken. The portions have gotten smaller, prices higher and the taste is making me sick!!!! Will never come here again. Staff seems clueless as well.

When we walked in the door, I knew it was going to be epic. We were welcomed to an excited joyful crew saying Welcome to Moes. Savannah smiled the whole time and was very polite while making our food. Kenny checked us out with a smile and was very thoughtful and polite. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this location. Me and my family will be back, thank you Savannah and Kenny.

Visiting here from out of state. When I entered the establishment I immediately noticed open food bar and a young lady swishing her uncovered pony tail from side to side. I also noticed a young male that seem to be in training, with a lot of curly hair also uncovered. I thought to myself ‘now I need to look for hair in my food’ because the way she was moving her head back and forth, SURELY there had to be some loose hair falling on the foods.
When I went home to eat my food, for sure after a couple bites I pulled a long strand of hair out my mouth. Very disappointed and disgusted. Hair nets should be worn in these food areas always.

Food was filled with delicious flavor and would of been great overall if the rice was cooked better. It was dry and almost crunchy but not too bad. Really love the hot sauce they use. It has a nice kick to it. Due to Covid they have the salsa choices in small cups. No labels or signs though so you either have to guess or ask which is what. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask and just assumed it would be good. The first one I really didn’t like but the second one was pretty good. As far as drink, I went with diet ginger ale and sadly found out later my drink choice was low on syrup. Should of done a taste test before departing but didn’t think of it at the time. Also, staff members seemed unpleasant and were not friendly at all. I don’t want to go in much detail about it because I am not looking to get anyone in trouble.

It’s been awhile since I have been to this moes as it was not living up to expectations. But today I was pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness, quickness and politeness of the employees working. There has definitely been a big turn around in who’s running this moes! Will be going back again after this great experience.

BOYYYYY OH BOY.
I’m not the negative Nancy type HOWEVER I will never return to spend $50 on Moes again in my life. I used to actually like Moes better than chipotle however this has put a very nasty taste in my mouth.
I took my husband and son for lunch thinking this will be great because Moes for the first time in my life didn’t have a line. (I see why now) I walked in and started to order my food as I’m standing there I can’t help but notice the monstrosity of a mess happening right where my food is being prepped. She already started making my food so I let her proceed, I will say she was a very sweet girl. I walk down the line (now ordering toppings) and I just can’t get over the way she was throwing things in my bowl not even paying attention to food falling all in other toppings. Which is a hazard for people allergic to those things. As I’m paying for all of this I can’t help but notice the putrid smell coming from the container that holds I guess drinks? Because there was water on the bottom with a smell like it had been sitting there. ALL of the grills were filthy. The soda machine was so nasty, looks like it’s never been cleaned ever. There was not a single table without food all over it, no napkins at the tables. The trash was so overflowed it was falling out of the trash container. The catering bags were on the floor in the back and they WERE FILTHY mold everywhere. An employee was walking around having LOUD conversation on her phone and she was covered in animal hair……. IM ALLERGIC To the fur. Literally a nice lunch turned into a nightmare. I will never. EVER go back to Moes. Someone in corporate needs to pay a visit because it seems the store is being neglected.

I ordered a bowl which is usually good but this time horrible I can’t even eat it because it os towered with onion and jalapeños in every single bite I usually get those just for flavor but they are over powering not too mention the portion of chicken is not unbelievably small. Paid extra for queso in the meal that I didn’t receive. Will never order through the app again

As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, I was greeted as soon as I was ready to order. I was helped by Shay, and as I took my order she was very nice and got me through quickly. This Moe’s is why I always come back. 10/10

The new management is awesome!!! Employees were very welcoming and had great spirits. Angelina, Leah, and Javaris do an amazing job!!! Shay is also amazing!!! Everyone is great!!!
