Walked in and was not looked at. Started my order and the worker gave me literally like 7 chips in my nacho bowl and the tiny tiny pieces of chicken then when I asked for more he made a very rude face same thing when I asked for steak also. I asked for queso and the cold dollop he put on my nachos was very aggravating. Like drizzle is around so it touches more than two chips. Then I let them know that I had one other order and he look at me and said “oh yall together”. Proceeds to the very exact same thing to the other order. It used to be a lot better, very disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the cleanliness stood out to me—it was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ve been to several restaurants, but this one truly impressed me with its high standards. Thank you for the excellent service and for maintaining such a clean environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Seems like a safe clean place to eat. Food was old. Unsupervised kids working didn’t speak or have manners. 3 rice bowls, two drinks and a small cheese dip cost $75. So bad my 16 month old refused to eat it. Less than 15 minutes after eating I know why. Adobo chicken has a horrible after taste. Ranch tasted turned.

They got whole new team and the place looks 100 times better than it was the line was clean and specially the oil was not dark and the chicken was really tasty but the music can be better

I went to this Moe’s last week as I was traveling through. The person who served me had visibly red eyes and seemed “distant”. My burrito took an arduous amount of time (over 20 minutes) to make, as none of the food was prepared. When I bit into my burrito, the rice was crispy. Staff avoided me and instead prioritized to-go orders, which were also running late. The tension in the store was insururmountable. When I asked for a refund, it was refused. I do not recommend even setting foot in this excuse for an establishment. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was definitely worth writing about.
