Was heading to another restaurant that was closed, so decided to check this out. The service was fast. The food was okay, not quite Qdoba or Chipotle. The restaurant itself needs a refresh and some deep cleaning.

The staff was unfriendly. I almost didn’t get to use my rewards and my coupons. I showed them all that I had and they still wouldn’t believe me. I had to demonstrate several times that my soup coupon was on my application to get my reward as it stated. The same thing went for my queso rewards even though I paid for one of them higher than I should have. That was ridiculous!

New fan of Moe’s — had the “stack” and was able to customize to my liking. It was the perfect crunch and texture. Usually not a fan of huge burritos or items I have a hard time fitting my mouth around, but this was perfect. Will definitely have seconds!!

I haven’t been in over 2 years due to the staff, and having to ask for basic tools to eat with. I went back today, 12/29/25. The place has been revamped but the staff still doesnt care. I ordered quesadilla and hoped for the best. I had to ask for a straw and lid for my fountain drink, and when I returned to work, 1 and 1/2 blocks away to eat lunch, i had dry quesadillas with no sauce or sausa, and chips with zero sausa as well. Perhaps ill try again in two years when its holiday season and everything else is closed.

The amount of protein in the bowls is pathetic and they completely forgot guacamole, which I paid extra for. The women’s restroom was out of order and the service was fairly slow and disorganized as well. There’s a lot of other restaurants nearby, and I would suggest going to any of those instead.

Food was so good I had to go to chipotle and leave a review and tell people to go to Moe’s. BURRITO WAS HOT WITH CHILLED GUAC . Chipotle is constantly serving cold food. Please continue serving great food!

One of the cleanest stores I’ve ever been to, all of the employees were nice and they seemed to love their job, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a loud “WELCOME TO MOES” and it made my day. The food was amazing as always and the chips tasted amazing as well.

If you want Moes, go to the one by the science building. I went here to get lunch and it was really gross to be honest. The restaurant didn’t look clean; the food looked like it had been sitting out for too long (brown and limp produce). They also have super small portions of everything. When I asked for a drink, the coke machine was broken so they charged $3 for bottled drinks.

I will take my cravings elsewhere. A coworker and myself decided to get food from here today and by the way our food was being thrown/slapped in the bowl, we and others definitely will NOT be back. Apparently they’re tired of working. So the less customers they have, should be fine by them
