Came in for take out, Minah fixed our food and checked us out. I don’t normally do reviews but it was so nice to get wonderful service and smile. This young lady was so nice and polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your hard work. Please give her a raise. I will be back again. I love how she recommended to add queso in my burrito. It was delicious. The atmosphere was good she even greeted us when we walked in. I changed my order and she didn’t get an attitude. 100 all the way. Food was fresh and yummy.

Definitely SUB PAR experience… rice and meat was dry, the portions were TERRIBLE for the PRICE… $27 could be spent ANYWHERE this day… if I hadn’t been to a better location in Jacksonville, Florida prior to THIS visit, I’d NEVER visit a Moe’s EVER AGAIN.

The food and the service was great. The only thing is price for everything now. The home wrecker is half the size of what it used to be and with chips and a drink it’s 17 bucks now. This location is nice and the service is great but 17 bucks for a burrito at a quick service place isn’t worth it anymore. The other thing I didn’t like was the EV spots blocking all the parking in front of the store not a single EV there but all the spots are blocked off for ev parking I had to park at the next business over.

I Had them cater my daughter’s engagement party and now 2 years later they catered her gender reveal party! Excellent excellent service and food! They have never let us down. Always on time, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Owner Sunni was meticulous and watchful to ensure perfection. Thank you guys so much and see you at our next big event!

I stopped by this Moe’s during the lunch period, expecting fresh and hot food, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. My meal had no flavor, the food was cold, and even the queso on the side was served cold. The only warm part of my order were the chips. I ended up throwing most of it away, which was really disappointing.
The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but the food quality really needs attention. It would make a big difference if they stirred and refreshed the food instead of just scooping from the top where it clearly sits cold. For a busy lunch hour, I expected much better.

I’ve been going here for the better part of a decade, most of the issues here are just issues across most restaurants. If you have a chance of going to this location versus a secondary moes location, no matter what they tell you here, go to one of the other ones. I’ll give you a few important reasons why. One new management smaller portions, the amount of protein that they put on a bowl has significantly reduced to a laughable degree, almost worst then chipotle now. Secondly, and I can confirm this the surrounding moes such as the one in griffin charges, two thirds less for most of their proteins. Wipe me at this location is 99 cents extra whereas it is thirty five cents at other locations. This is especially frustrating when they don’t put any of the meat, they charge three times more for. Thirdly the the new staff has become much more standoffish, and will try to straight up lie to you. I explained the difference in price and portion size as to make sense of the new rules and the manager tried to gaslight me into believing that this is standard for all locations (When I know it isn’t). TLDR you will get more food at a different franchise location then this one, and have a generally better time with the staff.

This is, by far, the best Moe’s I’ve been to in years! I used to love Moe’s, but my past visits to other Moe’s over the past few years were disappointing. Those locations were run down, dirty looking, and unfriendly. To my great surprise, this location was the exact opposite. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was clean and orderly, and the food was good with good portions! Welcome to Moe’s!
