I went to Moe’s for lunch today with my 17-year-old daughter to get a to-go order.
While waiting in line, I saw the employee giving a huge amount of meat to the person in front of us. I even thought, “Wow, that’s nice, they’re very generous.”
But when it was our turn, she hesitated and didn’t even come to us right away. Maybe because we’re Asian? When she finally took our order, she looked annoyed, unfriendly, and didn’t greet us at all.
I ordered a steak bowl, and I’ve been to this location many times — but I’ve never received such a tiny portion before. When I came home and counted, there were only 10 small pieces of meat.
She barely looked at me, acted like she was disgusted, and kept saying “What? What?” like she couldn’t understand us. I know I have an accent, but my daughter is a native English speaker, and she treated her exactly the same way.
It honestly felt like she looked at us as if we were some kind of beggars coming to ask for free food.
We are not dirty, not poor, and not smelly — we are educated people who simply came to enjoy lunch.
Her behavior was completely unacceptable and clearly racist.
To summarize:
1️⃣ She was friendly and generous to the customer before us.
2️⃣ She was rude, didn’t greet us, and treated us like trash.
3️⃣ She looked at us like we were beggars asking for food, not customers.
4️⃣ She didn’t look us in the eye and kept saying “What?” repeatedly — a common way racist people try to belittle others.
This woman ruined our day.
I used to love Moe’s, but after today, I don’t want to go back.
I hope the manager reads this and takes it seriously — because no one deserves to be treated this way.

I come here ever so often to get food for the family pretty decent atmosphere. The food is typically all right but at my most recent visit on March 3, 2026 around 8:30 PM. And I was greeted by Justin, very smart and nice kid. He definitely has a lot of potential meeting people like him in the service industry. Gives me a little bit of hope for the younger generation will definitely be coming back just because of his service

This place was just dirty. The counters were dirty. The area where you choose your fillings and toppings was being replenished but nothing was being wiped or cleaned. Food all over. The drink area had wrappers, trash, spills. The salsa bar area looked worse. Absolutely unappetizing. There were three tables of people. This place was not busy and there were at least 4 workers.
Most tables were dirty. When we found one that looked clean I sat down and there was a light bulb in my seat.
All in all my first and last experience with Moe’s.

Great customer service and very good choices for meats and veggies as well as sauces. I strongly recommend this place for a quick bite or for a sit in as they have a very nice dining room and their patio set up is also great. I appreciated the condiment choices as you could pick whatever condiments you wanted with the salsa.

Place was dirty. Food piled up at trash cans, floor dirty, tables dirty, 4 employees hanging out behind counter only cared about talking and playing on phones. I understand it was “Sunday lunch rush” but it was substandard cleanliness.
