Every time i come to this location, I’m more and more disappointed.. Service is extremely slow and just not good. Wait time was extremely long and they had a line almost out the door with 4-5 people behind the counter.. no urgency or customer service. This was the portion size for my bowl.. that i paid over $10 for on an MONDAY .. and this was the atmosphere while i was there. This will definitely be my last time coming. I’d rather take the extra 15 mins to the next nearest location.

I placed on online order for pickup and I picked it up within minutes of me ordering my food. I ordered a home wrecker bowl and honestly it wasn’t worth 15 dollars. My bowl was extremely cold and not pleasant. The chicken and rice was cold like it was never warm to begin with. I went to go fix my salsa and they was an extremely long hair in at. I know it wasn’t mine because I have curly short hair and this price of hair was fine and brown. I let an employee know and he simply fixed me another cup and gave it to me. I’ve worked in the food industry and if something is contaminated we throw all of it out and start over. I’ve never seen something like that handled so unprofessional before. I didn’t even touch my food after that because that is highly unsanitary!! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location before, but now I will never be returning.

When I first visited this location about a year ago, the food was great. It was tasty and the portion size was just right. Over the past month or so and as recent as this past Monday, the food quality has declined as has the portion size. I watched an employee give the customer
And his wife who were in front of me extra meat even though they did not ask for it. I When it was my turn, he barely put a scoop of meat in my bowl. He then proceeded to tell me the queso was extra. Mind you, on Mondays bowls are a reduced price. Whenever I get a bowl they never say the queso is extra. Maybe it’s extra but maybe it isn’t. I do understand that if I want extra beyond what you should get then you have to pay for that. I felt taken advantage of and cheated. I will now never go to this location again even though I live in the area. I will go out if the way and go to another one from now on. The food isn’t good there anymore anyway.

Portions are ridiculous, I’m talking less than 1/4 cups of meat, rice and beans. The place is filled with young kids who don’t care about customers, and the place is always filthy. Dirty tables, food and trash on the floors, salsa bar is disgusting. They need to close it down and put something better here.

I visited this location this morning right at opening (11:00 AM) and observed employees cleaning while food was already out and uncovered. This raised serious concerns for me regarding food safety and sanitation practices.
When I asked whether cleaning should be taking place while exposed food was present, I was told that this is their standard morning routine. I expressed my concern about the risk of cross-contamination and explained that cleaning in that manner could compromise food safety. Despite this, the employee continued cleaning.
Due to this experience and my concerns about proper health and safety procedures, I will not be returning.

February 20 2026: I really had a great dinner with my family and my friend . the bathrooms were clean and no floor mess but please keep an eye on the bathroom sometimes i have came here the bathroom is a mess but although great service and well cocked and delicious food but the only thing they need to fix is the mess where you get salsas of spilled salsa and empty cups lying on the table . Well it was great having moe’s for dinner because we were planning to have dinner at Steak N shake in Douglasville it so bad that we came to moe’s instead and it was better then that dumpster steak n shake. Thanks moe’s for being better then stake n shake in Douglasville that ruined our plan having dinner at steak n shake.

This place was fantastic! The food was fresh & very delicious. I had a burrito & my daughter had the quesadilla.
The guys who were working that day were very friendly & they recognized my daughter and I when we returned the second time. We were greeted with smiles and a “Welcome back!” I totally recommend Moe’s to anyone & everyone!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Moe’s. The quality has dropped so badly that it doesn’t even feel like the same restaurant anymore. The chips were absolutely disgusting — stale, greasy, and smelled like they’d been cooked in old oil that hadn’t been changed in far too long. I couldn’t even eat them!
I ordered a medium guacamole, and it was just as bad. It was overwhelmingly salty and tasted completely off. There wasn’t a single piece of tomato in it, which made the texture mushy.For the price, it was a total letdown.
On top of the food issues, the restaurant itself had a rundown feel. It honestly seemed like the location might have changed ownership or management, because the standards are nowhere near what they used to be.
The staff didn’t help the experience either. They seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and not focused on cleanliness or food quality at all.
Overall, this location has gone downhill in a major way. Between the poor food, the lack of cleanliness, and the decline in service, I won’t be returning — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until some serious changes are made.

Got the chicken bowl and the serving sizes are so small and just as bad if not worse than Chipolte. Couldn’t even get a full spoonful of anything, he seemed almost scared to give me the half of scoop I got. Then I’m so quickly directed into guilt trip of do I want to tip, for what? I used to be such a Moes supporter and anti the others but now your just like the rest. Please change up!
