I had a terrible experience at this place and will never be returning. The environment was extremely unclean and unwelcoming. A homeless person was occupying a booth with all their belongings, and there were people asking for money outside, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.
The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t greet or acknowledge me when I arrived, and I waited several minutes without so much as an apology. To make matters worse, one employee yelled at me for taking extra salsa from the salsa bar, which was both humiliating and embarrassing.
The food was equally disappointing. The adobo chicken was bland and had a strange, chunky texture. Despite visiting during an off-peak time, most of the food trays were empty, and what was available didn’t seem fresh. I asked for double scoops of certain toppings, but the staff ignored my request. The salsa bar was messy and poorly maintained, further adding to the unpleasant experience.
Overall, this place was disgusting, disappointing, and poorly managed. I will not be visiting again.

Ill keep it short and sweet, went in for a quick lunch and it tasted so so bad. Idk if was mainly because i got the tofu but it tasted so bland and uncooked. I personally am used to tofu at Willies and Chipotle, its not this bad. But even if I got it with meat dont think it would have helped. If you do eat here sauce up the meal because its no seasoning. They were nice in there but it was empty. Maybe one day ill try again but just know for my fellow vegetarians dont do it

From the start, i had a feeling the food didnt right but i went ahead and got a bowl, i ordered chicken and steak. From the first few bites, the meat was cold. Not even close to being warm. Had a to get refund.

This is the dirtiest Moe’s I’ve ever been in. Out of 16 tables, only 2 were clean. The fountain drink area was disgusting. The employees were rude and having their own conversations with each other whilst I was trying to give my order. They need to do better.

While I enjoy Moe’s as a franchise, I have never had good service at their Pleasant Hill Location. The team members go above and beyond to be rude. I have had three offers now on my APP that they would not honor (see pictures and receipt). I get some items are location specific, but they are listed as participants. The food looked very dry this visit, as if it had been sitting for a while. The team members were wearing masks around their chin and below the mouth, defeating the purpose of wearing them at all, no gloves being used, touching skin and hair. If you look at my receipt and the remaining photos, they told us they were closing early and could dine in until then. That made me feel rushed, I couldn’t enjoy my food in their establishment.

Sandra and Karina, names I know not because they asked me to give them a good review, actually they barely gave in to my pressure to give a review at all but because I felt so bad for coming in with my ridiculous husband who doesn’t think going in five minutes before closing is rude and instead of complaining or making us feel like entitled Chad’s and Karen’s they did a really good job and the food was good too. Pay them more- they totally deserve it- not all these low reviews with dumb complaints. Thanks guys and sorry again

Customer service is trash!!! They didn’t add cheese or sour cream and refuse to add it to my food. I called and was told by the unprofessional little girl on the phone she don’t know what to tell me. I sent my friend up they the manager jumps up very rudely and unprofessional asking if I’m going take the food or not. Pretty much making it clear they weren’t going fix my order you can clearly see what I asked for on the receipt.I hate to make this a race thing but when you walk into establishment and everybody working behind the counter is the same race in the only people who is getting treated with respect is the same nationality as the workers it’s definitely a issue. I will never come back to Moes not just this location but all locations I’m finding the same race issues at these Moes restaurants

If I could, I’d give 0 stars. This place is horrendous. They don’t know how to follow written instructions on their orders. I was unable to eat my food due to that. They refuse to mend the issue as well, horrible customer service.
