The staff was friendly enough although i missed the signature “Welcome to Moe’s” – not happening here!
Food was ho hum. Nothing was hot . The meat was room temp, our $8 bowl of queso was luke warm , the chips tasted terrible and half of them were stale. The salsa had huge chunks of onion and other ingredients and had an off taste. Despite my complaints about the chips nothing was done. When i told them about the queso temp , they replaced the queso with an equally cold product.
They were out of beef and charged $1.99 extra for the beef they had ready without mentioning it was extra.
The new pricing is very high! 1 kids meal, 1bowl, 1queso and 1 burrito plus 1 soda cost $45!!!!

The store was not that clean and fabric of every booth was stained.
oh! and there was a very trashy looking booth that it appears the manager must have been using.
I won’t return to this moe’s.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The chairs & booths are ripped with stains. the floors are wet from bathroom water. Only one high chair. Their sanitary station is on a shelf in front of anyone to touch. This place needs to shutdown.
I spoke to the manager before I left and he did not seem to care about anything I said. I was in the hospital 4 days ago and would have rather eaten hospital food than at this restaurant.

It’s unfortunate that this is the only local Moe’s. We need a good and food safe Moe’s in Covington or something.
I’ve experienced horrible customer service at the location previously but it has been a while and wanted to doordash Moe’s instead… I received no sauces, no drink, half of my toppings to my bowl is missing… when this was $33.
New management is needed and quality development for this location.

Well this Moes has a serious issue with getting customers in and out. First off when you walk in there is dry “welcome to moes”. Not the like the others where they say it loud and with enthusiasm. “WELCOME TO MOE’S!!” I went into moes at 1:55 pm on Saturday. There were 2 gentlemen in from of me and there was one person at the register. There was a young lady in the back and another man running back a forth getting items and taking item to the back. Once the guy on the register finished he came to take the orders. He was slow and correct in getting the orders. The problem i have is no one was helping him. There were 3 other people that came in behind me that was waiting to give their orders. The food was running out and the one person making the orders had to refill everything with no help. Everytime i have visited the Conyers location are they out of corn salsa, low or no white chicken, black beans and pinto beans. When I finally got my order completed and left the restaurant it was 2:25pm. I gave the food a 3 only because it is good when they have what you want. This is not the 1st time I have waited over 20 min for my food. I believe in 2nd chances. I really like Moes over Chipotle but the one in Conyers needs some help on customer service and keeping food fresh throughout the day. I hope some reads this and takes charge and get this store in check. The only person I give props to is the young man making the orders. He is very nice a gets it done a little slow but it correct when you get it. I will not be visiting anytime soon again.

Update 4/11/25: Yo! Why my rice was crunchy? You can’t make this up! I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I’m going to keep doubting this store will not get better and eventually something else will be here. Ordered a Adobo chicken down with white rice, and my brother had streak & adobi chicken with seasoned rice. He said his order was okay. I noticed they shallowed the bowl, but made it wider so it appears to be a regular portion. The manager had to help out the line employees. But , that is the team work mentality. Kudos to the manager. Other than hard rice the other topping was okay. I will see if they make it right by redeeming themselves. If not I will deem this store a total loss and continuously let all know to avoid this store like the plague!

The young lady acted as if she didn’t want to serve. I don’t expect service with a smile, but I don’t want to be treated as I’m an annoyance. I’m the only one in the restaurant at 11am beating the lunch rush. She acted funny when I asked for queso. Moe’s is known for their Queso and Ms Lady was being hellas stingy. C’mon ma’am, hook me up with the Queso. They use the smallest scoops to add items into the burrito bowl. The dark meat chicken is dry. I recommend getting a drink. The rice, corn, sauteed onions with peppers, and queso was the saving grace for this review. They quadruple charged me for queso when all I assked was for a smidget more of queso. CHIPOTLE is the BETTER option for a reason. Dayamn Moe’s, today was not your day today. I will revisit in 2024. Hopefully the Conyers Ga-20 Location get it together by then.

Worst Moe’s in the metro area. Always out of something. Rice, beans even chicken. I just left. No rice or black beans. Restaurant Always look junky and dirty. Very poor customer service. Today, last year, all the way back to 2001. Location should close down

Out and about today with the whole family. No lie, it was fun and a little stressful as folks got hangry. It was getting late and NO ONE wanted to get home and have to cook.

Rough experience. . . The food was mediocre and the salsa from the salsa bar was bubbling the next day – evident bacteria growing. Disgusting! The womens restroom was gross and not well kept. The staff wasn’t attentive and the dining area wasn’t tidy. This place needs a major overhaul. At least they said “Welcome to Moe’s”. .

Customer service is horrible they don’t smile nor say welcome to moes any more when u walk in. It’s always dirty in there the seating area and the food service counter the drink machine always have gnats flying around it they never have sauce restock at the sauce station. They need to close that location down even under new management still no change.

I would not suggest this place. It requires a thorough professional cleaning. The customer service was not impressive. Moreover, the fountain drinks are placed dangerously close to the men’s bathroom entrance, less than 3 inches away.
