On November 30th I had a pretty large order for my family and ordered it through their app. Went to pick up my food and they tell me someone already picked it up. I asked who because I’m the only one who is supposed to pick it up had my receipt order number and everything. The manager looked at me and said the person had your receipt. I was like how because my receipt is digital. He had no explanation and wanted to remake the order. I said no I would just like a refund. He and a rep he had on the phone said they couldn’t refund my money until they did an investigation which will take ten business days. Have been waiting and still nothing so they literally robbed me of 55 dollars. Will not return and will tell everyone I know not to eat here!!

We ordered from here for dinner from Uber Eats. We had not ordered from here for awhile. Not sure if they changed the recipe of their cheese dip or what they served us was very old but it was terrible. It was this odd orange color as opposed to the normal white thin consistency. It was completely congealed and didnt even move when we turned the container upside down. We were worried it was spoiled and didn’t eat it. We used to love Moes but between the really fatty poor cuts of steak, disgusting cheese dip and the stale broken chips, I think we will go with Willys instead.

Restroom had no paper towels or tissue. Floor was nasty. Employees took forever to greet my family and I. Food took even longer to be prepared. The employees were doing a bunch of mingling and not enough working/cleaning. Would never spend my money here again!

Today was my first time visiting this location in years and I was completely shocked when I walked in. The place is an absolute mess! Food all over the floor, storage containers and boxes sitting everywhere, the bathrooms were disgusting. We were the only ones in the restaurant and every table was dirty. When we were ordering our food, I noticed that instead of putting a full scoop of food, they would shake off a good bit and give small portions. On top of that, the food was not good, the rice had so many hard pieces from sitting there too long. The green salsa had gone bad and my husband had to literally spit it out. We were so disappointed and I cannot believe how much this place has gone down hill. I would be surprised if it last another year. Save your money and go across the street to Willy’s.

I went to that Moe’s because of convenience, it smelled bad in there, there were flies everywhere and food on the floor. The food was gross, the chicken smelled. Worst Moe’s I had ever been to. They need to shut this place down. Downright disgusting. How are they still in business?? The fact that there was nobody in there should have been a sign. Absolute waste of money. If I could give 0 start I would have.

Horrible service! Horrible management! Portion sizes were ridiculous. Workers are extremely rude and mean. I called to talk to a manager multiple times and was hung up on both times. I called corporate and put in a refund request. I will never return to this location in the heart of Smyrna.

Absolutely terrible place, the employees are so rude and the food is even worse. The soda machine has no flavor whatsoever, and the chicken I ate tasted like fish?? I threw it out immediately, the employees have zero personality, and the manager is very rude. The price we paid for two people and ending up having to throw it out is ridiculous.

I’m assuming the gentlemen there was the manager, gray hairs in his hairs and beard; today will be my last time coming to this store. I’ve ignored his asinine attitude before but today was my last straw.
If you don’t like your job quit, clearly you cannot multitask nor do you know how to speak to people , which is a problem with you being the manager.
Talking to people crazy is unacceptable when you’re in a customer service field dealing with people’s food. Need to do better or find someone better to do the job. Clearly you do not like yours

Salsa not fresh, tea waterery and had smell like sitting in can for days. No lettuce and chicken looks and tastes old. Check out man smacks my food down and pushes it towards me with no care. Will not be back.
