Abysmal service. I showed to pick up a mobile order and it wasn’t ready. There was no one in line when I got there. So, I figured it would only be a minute or two. The manager, who was making the orders, asked which order was mine and nodded in acceptance when the cashier told him. By this time, 4 people had joined the line. The manager then proceeded to make the food for the people in line that came after me. When I requested the order be canceled, the manager lied straight to my face saying he was making my order at the same time as the 4th person’s as if I couldn’t see what he was doing the whole time. He refused to cancel the order and directed me to cancel the order through the mobile app. When I went to do so, he had closed the order as if the food had been picked up. Liars and thieves.

I stopped coming to Moe’s because it definitely has fell off over the years. The food wasn’t as fresh and the atmosphere just wasn’t appealing . I came in today for lunch and I INSTANTLY started asking were they under new management because it felt like Moe’s from back in the day. They even said “welcome to moes” which i haven’t heard in YEARS! Whoever is now over this store, great job. Please keep up the great work. It was so clean in there and the food was absolutely fresh. Moe’s used to be my favorite restaurant, glad it’s back ! They even renovated this location. Love to see it . And the new staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere…. not like before . I’LL BE BACKKKKKK

Came in tonight with my kids to grab food. There was an issue with system processing gift cards. My frustration turned to relief as the GM Franklin resolve the situation immediately. I left a photo of my gift card with the woman working at the front out of good faith. Thank you so much! We will be back. Food is also awesome

I ordered online and the three Homewreckers looked and tasted like someone just threw what was available haphazardly into them. There was no cheese at all, even though all three requested it, large chunks of vegetables, w/ends and uncut/sliced onion over 10″ in length. The burritos had very poor flavor and very little hamburger meat, that was $3.50 more to add! There was more onions and large chunks of pickled than anything else! One little container each of salsa for two bags, none in the third one, a sad bag of broken nacho chips. Plus, they were small compared to what we’ve had in the past. Worst burrito ever!!!
