Great Experience All Around!

Two weeks ago, I used Moe’s catering and was very pleased. The MSG-Church Street team, led by the store manager, was outstanding! The food was well prepared, clearly labeled and included a diagram of how to set up the food (to maximize the number of servings). The order was ready for pick up on time (even though it was before actual store hours).

Thank you to the store manager who got an early start to ensure the accuracy of my request and for providing exceptionally helpful and pleasant customer service.

I highly recommend this team for your next event…they won’t disappoint.

So tonight was my first time at this location and I love their energy and the food. They made it easy to order and help me sign up for the Moe’s app the whole night team was amazing will be back!!! Santino, Manager Asia, john and the new team member Kane too. Oh and I can’t forget about Jaquan he was happy to greet me too! They need a raise!!!

I visited Moe’s Southwest Grill on 11/06 3:50pm, and the experience was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the greeting set the tone—it was warm, genuine, and welcoming. Even though the team was clearly busy, they never missed a beat. They were attentive, efficient, and meticulous about making sure I had a great experience.

Their professionalism and positive energy really stood out, and I truly appreciate the care they put into both their service and their food. Kudos to the entire team! I’m genuinely happy to support this location and will definitely be coming back.

I typically go up here on break but I haven’t been in a while because when I previously got food from here, it wasn’t the best. About a year ago, my coworkers and I would always come to this Moes and it would be PACKED. The service would be great and the food would be delicious! The crowd is nearly as big if not barely any customers in there and this was prior to the renovations. I’ve been warned not to go up here from my coworkers due to the prices and the quality of food and they were right and this confirmed my previous experience. I believe the manager serviced me today but I believe he serviced me last time as well. Just because the place is renovated and new management has came in does not make it better. I am VERY disappointed and the I had moes last week in Tucker and ordered the exact same thing which was a crunch wrap with regular chicken, no queso, nothing extra! I’m not stingy with meat but last time I came I barely got a SCOOP of meat and this time it was just about a scoop and this is imporstnt considering what you are getting especially for a home wrecker or anything with dough. Someway, my total at the is location came up to $14.00!!!!! Not to mention, they dont have a lot of selection at this location either as far as the toppings. And they gave me very little chips. Very sad ! The picture of the chips is before I started eating them !!!

Brenda, Ed, and Moo were working the day I came in for Lunch on random monday. They were all so Very friendly, Singing, having a great time working together, while still maintaining professional and Excellent customer service. I was just so shocked, rarely have I ever seen & felt such warmth from people just doing their job, working in the food industry. They went above and beyond, upon hearing I was not having a good day due to health reasons. The level of Kindness in Ed, Brenda and Moo is Rare, and they all should get a raise!

wish i would have taken pictures of the place. to start off the condiment/drink counter was super messy. table was clean thankfully. behind the counter was super cluttered with the metal bins they keep the food in. the box of foil wraps were sitting on top of the uncovered cheese. the team that were in there had horrible customer service especially the hispanic female. not only did no one say welcome to moes she didn’t greet you she just said what are you having. and didn’t seem like she really cared to hear what you were saying like she was just rushing. they overcharged because she told the cashier i had steak& chicken& extra chicken i did not ask for extra chicken i simply said i wanted steak& chicken which if im not mistaken they already charge extra for having 2 meats so it’s extra on top of that when you say i have extra meat. the menu says the homewrecker includes guacamole but was charged extra for that and barely had any on it. someone else was paying and didn’t want to say anything so i didn’t but i will get my thoughts out. the rice was like a thick chunk. the chips were more of crumbs. it was such a bad experience this isn’t even everything but don’t plan to visit this location again im sure the employees wouldn’t mind they clearly could care less if they were getting customers. no one in there was focused on customers they were talking amongst each other. smh. none of them have name tags luckily for them because i was looking.

I love this Moe’s location. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and have never had a reason to stop. Everyone is so friendly, efficient, and fun. I recently had an experience where my order was missing an item, but when I reached out about it they went above and beyond to make it up to me, which I greatly appreciate!! Thank you!

On the flip side, I do want to say that the evening crew I’ve interacted with is nowhere near as great as the daytime crew. This was when my order was messed up, and even aside from that, I felt that they were rude to us and very slow. We ordered our food about 30 minutes before arriving, and when we walked in it hadn’t even been started. The restaurant was empty and they had a stack of mobile order receipts that they were starting *after* people walked in to pick them up.
I understand that working a night shift in a restaurant cannot be fun, but it’s not my fault, and it did kinda suck to feel like a nuisance by ordering there *and* receive small portions and an incorrect item.

The people I have interacted with 99% of the time I’ve come in have been so great and lovely that I would still give them 5 stars anyway. But I did want to speak to my experience on an evening as well.
