Was extremely busy with only 4 employees on staff. The manager on shift Joey kept it cool and even encouraged guests who were about to leave to come back. Great adobo chicken bowl and friendly staff.

Everything was good until we noticed the tea containers did not have tops on them. When we pointed it out to the staff, they looked at us like that’s just normal. How have we just gone through Covid just recently and so how this is acceptable?

The food is good…the staff…..not so much. Every single worker here seems like they hate their job & would rather be anywhere else. They never smiled, they were rude, the didn’t pay attention or listen to what you wanted, they got in their phones watching Netflix right in front of customers…the manager didn’t seem that interested in being there either. It would’ve been a much better experience if the staff wanted to be there…the whole atmosphere just felt very…rushed I guess…it didn’t feel welcoming at all.

If I had to choose between Moe’s or Diablos I rather go to Diablos.. The tortilla chips taste stale the dip taste like it was watered down… My experience wasn’t good but maybe someone else will enjoy it.

Customer service is AWFUL they are promoting free bowls and me and my wife went in to get one because why not we have the coupon in our app. The dark skin guys customer service was awful and the manager sat there and watched it. If you don’t like your job don’t do it guess this explains why there’s never anyone here right? Also the food looks disgusting looks like it’s been sitting for hours.

Free promos online me and my wife download the app and redeemed the coupon in store and the workers acted completely dumb founded. On top of that they were very sarcastic as if we were lying. We showed the app and coupon which worked. Along with the bad service we also get cold food, Then on top of that they charge an EXTRA 1.50 cent for not even a whole spoon full of queso when putting on anything and then not let the customers know when there is an extra charge for something they have sitting in the bar along with everything else. This is the saddest experience I’ve ever had with a place like this! Never getting my service again.

Don’t work here, DEFINITELY don’t eat here unless u love diarrhea. I worked at moes and in my time there, was never not once instructed to greet anyone by any of the managers/coworkers. On top of this one if my coworkers was repeatedly misgendered who’s clearly a man and called rude names and offensive names over and over by not only other coworkers but even the shift supervisors. On top of this, my trainer instructed me to not only ignore the Official Moes Recipe Book I was given to learn the recipes by, but when showing me how to make the salsa said, his words not mine, “You don’t gotta worry about following these instructions, just be creative. I like to add a lot of heat, I be LIGHTING people up bruh!” And then with my own eyes saw him out at least 9 Kong proportioned, ungloved Handfuls of Jalapeños in the salsa that only asked for 1 cup. Saw alcohol behind eating area multiple times as well, fireball and such. Keep in mind; Moes don’t serve alcohol lol. Oh but wait folks, there’s more. As if that wasn’t bad enough, this is my 3rd time having to post this review because it was taken down the first time. I’m sure it will be Deleted again, so I’ll go ahead and copy and paste this. Lowly place, unsanitary! Welcome to Moes? Nah welcome to Diarrheaville!
