Watched them make 4 online orders before I asked why we haven’t been able to place an order. Finally got the order 18 min later only for the handful of chips to be crushed, the food to not be wrapped, and to be told that’s the normal amount

This location is a poor representation of customer service.
On New Year’s Eve, I arrived at approximately 6:45 p.m. The sign on the door stated that the business closes at 8:00 p.m.; however, staff were already cleaning and putting items away. I was informed that I could only receive food if I had placed an online order. While policies are understandable, the issue was not the information itself, but the unprofessional manner in which it was communicated. The interaction lacked basic courtesy and respect.
Additionally, the steps leading into the building are damaged. I nearly twisted my ankle entering and exiting the location. This is a serious safety concern and an accident waiting to happen. Customers should be extremely cautious when using these steps.
I sincerely hope management reviews this feedback. Both customer service training and attention to facility safety are clearly needed.

The staff here really have the rhythm down. Friendly service as to be expected, but quick and efficient. They made simple work of the line, and glad to ask questions for those who weren’t familiar with the process of ordering at Moe’s. The only downside was the dining area could have been a bit cleaner, but it was far from filthy or gross. We’ll certainly be returning soon!

I always come into this location before work and the service is always friendly and attentive. Fernanda (I hope that’s her name) and another short, skinny, African American girl is always in there when I come and they’re my favorite. They always help me with my app when I’m having issues for my rewards and overall I just love the welcoming vibe in there.

Party of 7 all ordered dishes with brown rice. The rice was very uncooked- hard. Made staff aware however nothing was offered to remedy situation. Over $130 wasted in the trash. Not our usual Moe’s experience!

Overpriced for the food and service you get. Today I ordered a burrito and a chicken quesadilla. The burrito was sub-par and somewhat edible, and the quesadilla was half wrapped, soaked trough the bag, and fell completely out onto my kitchen counter. Food overall was barely hot, if even that. Queso was thick and chunky, and the chips tasted bland and stale. I wish I would have taken a photo to show proof, as I was leaving I noticed a cockroach crawling across the floor. This location has gone completely down hill, it’s ALMOST worth the 20 minute drive to fort mill for the other location, if it wasn’t so expensive. Overall, I will not be back to this location until a management change is put into place and they clean up in there.

I go to this Moe’s pretty often and it’s always been good the place always looks clean this time though is a different story, one the food quality has gone down it wasn’t as good at my past few times ,two I seen some nats flying around and one landed on my food and I also seen a huge water bug I told a worker and he smashed it with his foot and swept it under the register the place needs a deep clean and maybe some better management.

Terrible service, Employee was sitting on her phone while there was a long line. Put close to nothing in my bowl, i paid 5 dollars for a cup of queso and they didn’t give it to me at all and mixed up orders and i even made sure she charged me just for me to not get my queso.

Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. The women making the orders are incredibly rude. I asked for a Homewrecker and one of them kept asking me what ingredients I wanted and leaving ingredients out instead of making a Homewrecker. The chips were stale and room temp – possibly days old. We were charged extra for drink upgrades we didn’t ask for and asked to leave a tip. Sorry, no tip for terrible service. The music was too loud and the booths were uncomfortable. We won’t be back.

Moes has like weird aggressive campaigns like. “You’d punch your mother in the mouth for this burrito” and im like…..word???? Well either way. Im cool with it. Ive said this in other reviews but you should be inherently skeptical of any Mexican food at prices higher than 6 dollars. But their burritos are good alot better than Chipotle which is just soulless modern tex mex. If you are in a pinch its aight.
