This is my first time having Moe’s. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted with smiles and pleasantries! They made us feel so welcomed and ready to serve us. Courtney who was very polite helped me with making a selection because I wasn’t familiar with the menu. She prepared our food with great food handling service, and I felt the portion was very generous. I had the lunch Moe Value Meal=$10.85. Chandler and Kyle assisted with our check out process, man these folks have been going out of their way to provide the ultimate customer service experience(which is not the norm in most restaurants??). The cohesiveness of this team is phenomenal. This was well worth it, We’ll definitely be back

Glad I walked out just shortly after 6pm tonight, Sunday.
The restaurant was clean however no one was inside except the 2 workers behind the counter.
They were out of soup.
And the food behind the counter looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Not fresh at all; GROSS looking.
And you would serve me that with the prices on the menu. Oh heck no.
Lucky for them, my phone was left in my vehicle.
It cost them more money to stay open then to close shop. Resume in the morning with fresh food.

This place is OK for the most part, they Could definitely use a clean up and 2 times I’ve gone the drink machine has not worked.
It would also be nice if they had some more vegan protein options besides just tofu.

1st time to this location. Let me tell you, Chandler is the best! Great attitude, very friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service. That’s very hard to find these day’s. He’ll be the reason I’ll come back if I’m in the area and hungry.

I’ve eaten my at many moes over the years. Sometimes I see some that are poorly ran. This location was extremely clean, friendly staff, and the food was awesome and fresh! Highly recommend they have a great manager!

I mean sheesh… Picked up after work for me and my wife and for $11.50 this is all the food I get?? Completely unacceptable, I know Chipotle was known for big sample sizes and has gone down hill in that aspect but I didn’t know Moes was holding their hand on the way down. I’m not asking for it to be filled so much the lid can’t fit in but this isn’t even half way full. Disgraceful for $11.50.
