I came during a slow time after lunch after going to Sam’s club. I was greeted as soon as I came in. My food was made as I ordered and the portions were great (good value for price paid). Inside was clean and quiet. I didn’t get a receipt and wasn’t asked if I wanted one although I heard the customer after me being asked. I wanted to sit outside, but the tables (and chairs) were too dirty. ☹️
Compared to the Moe’s on Rivers, this one is great!

This is the worst experience at Moe’s since they opened in the area. Food was so so at best. Moe’s has not been the same since Covid and nearly all locations I’ve visited. The setting area was wet from the drink/Ice machine. The bathroom was not clean, poorly kept and the paper towel dispenser was nearly falling off the wall.

My two coworkers and I visited Moe’s for lunch today, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the moment we walked in. We immediately felt negative energy and unwelcoming attitudes from the staff. I even asked one of the employees if she was okay, and she responded that she did not want to be there.
I ordered a rice bowl but received rice cakes in my bowl instead. Additionally, my jalapeños were mixed with ranch dressing. When I politely asked to have it corrected, I was ignored. My coworker also asked for dressing for her salad, and the employee rudely walked away without responding.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered the stack, it was dry, missing ordered ingredients, beans were hard, rice was gross and it was burnt (very over toasted) on both sides making it hard to bite into or cut for easier eating. Absolutely horrible.. other food ordered wasn’t much better.

Dirty, smelly, trash overflowing; no “welcome to Moe’s”; hair on sweet tea spigot; sweet tea was unsweetened with lid not on top; rice was crunchy, chips were stale.
I honestly was uncomfortable eating my food because I didn’t trust it was safe/clean.
We just ate at the Moe’s in Summerville (20 minutes away) a week ago and the food was MUCH better.

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed an online pickup order and it was completely wrong. I paid for a regular burrito with extra meat and was given a junior burrito instead and the extra meat I paid for was nowhere to be found. I also ordered a junior burrito meal deal, and that one didn’t even have the correct ingredients inside. On top of all that, they forgot my queso, and only put one bag of chips in the order with no salsa. How do you mess up almost every single item in one order? I didn’t get what I paid for. No attention to detail at all. Smh. Mind you this was after a 10hr shift and the jr meal was for my son.

Wanted to eat here for dinner and came from out of town. I started to order, but quickly changed my mind. I am thankful that the girls working were nice when I cancelled the order. Everything was dry and just looked nasty. The grill was so dirty. My gut just told me I’d end up with food poisoning. The man eating there threw his in the trash. I don’t blame him. There were empty tables and all were dirty. I feel bad for the people that ordered ahead of me and didn’t have the courage to just say no. I love Moe’s and eat Moe’s regularly, but this ain’t it.

The girl that made my burrito wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t really take much pride in the quality of how she made my burrito. There was hardly any options in the soda machine and it was a little dirty. Other than that the food was pretty good.

This store looks very poorly ran. Almost no cars in the parking lot when we pull in and all of the food looked like it was cooked many hours ago and was low. I was with a friend who decided to get food and they planned to give me their chips and queso because i refused to eat the food after seeing how absolutely disgusting it looked. The queso was never put in the bag and after that I gave up. Will never visit another Moes and do not recommend. What a terrible first experience.

The absolute worst experience at Moe’s ever. The staff was unpleasant and seemed inconvenienced by their job… They didn’t grill the crunch wrap enough so it just fell apart. The queso was cold. And the worst part was the chicken…it was so gross. So dry I couldn’t even bite it. Absolutely disgusting.
