I went & got a bowl with cilantro lime rice today around 4:30pm. Got home and started eating my bowl and started smelling and tasting something sour. I took a smell of my sour cream thinking it was left out too long & that part of the bowl smelled perfectly fine…I moved to one specific patch of rice and GAGGED. You know when rice sits out and gets sour?!! That smell?!?! THAT’S THE SOUR TASTE I WAS TASTING. I threw away the rest of my barely eaten bowl, they had the fresh made rice on top of whatever was spoiled at the bottom. BEWARE!!

I’m in total shock with the price increase here. I ordered 2 quesadillas, a bowl and queso. My bill was $72 and a tip was requested. My chips are crumbs not even whole chips. I probably will not be back and don’t recommend. Service and food not worth it.

Just ordered on the app and got my food the salsa cup was in another sauce cup with sauce in it. Also my burrito was messed up the tortilla wasn’t warmed up like they usually do and they gave me the cilantro lime rice instead of the season rice which I wanted. Went in for the lunch special but they changed the price when I ordered steak and tried to charge me full price. It doesn’t say anywhere on the promotion that there is an up charge to get steak but apparently there is.

This Moe’s does not care about uber eats orders. I ordered a salad on uber eats with beans, cheese, pico, guac and sour cream with two dressings on the side. All I got was a bowl with half a cup of wilted lettuce and a few beans even though the sticker on the bowl clearly listed what was in the order. When I disputed with Uber Eats I was only credited with $3 back on a $14 salad. Sadly in my anger I forgot to get a picture before throwing it away. This is not the first time they have left out items in my uber eats orders but this is certainly the most egregious. I will never be ordering here again and would not advise anyone to order delivery from this Moes.
