No free cup, or even a $0.25 cup for water! Forced to buy a drink. So after I’m suckered into it, then there’s no sweet tea. Great. I eat at Chipotle at least every week. Thought I would try Moe’s as it’s been a few years. Moes cost more, 13.40 vs 11.10 for steak, quality is NOWHERE near Chipotle. Nothing is fresh and straight out of a bag. Half the steak was unedible. Why eat here? Free chips? Even after paying for chips at Chipotle, it’s still cheaper!! And 1000% fresher. At least the new colors at Moe’s are nice. I’ll check back in a couple more years.

Another fantastic Moe’s Monday! Grabbed my go-to Adobe Chicken Bowl for just $7.99 – an absolute steal for such a delicious and satisfying meal. The flavors were delicious, as always. Can’t beat the quality and value at Moe’s! The Moe’s near NorthWoods Mall was fast and friendly. I picked up a Cup of the Guac, just to try it out. Well worth the trip. Highly recommend!

It’s one of the better Moe’s. The service and food is always great. I wish they hadn’t redecorated the interior because it feels less warm and comfortable. I also would like if they removed the onions from the tomatoes. Overall, I do like coming here even if the prices are high. The meal I purchased was over 18 dollars.

Stopped into Moe’s tonight and Laura served us. She was very friendly and personable. She gave us Top Notch service. The sweet he was out so I asked at the counter if they had any more in the back and a younger gentleman said no they didn’t (it’s only 7 pm). I told him I don’t ever drink soda and Laura walked over and offered to brew some for us. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Thank you Laura.

First time back in a couple years. It’s more clean than when I stopped going. There seems to be no way to positively communicate what you want to the burrito artist. No more rice means… I don’t know what? How has it gone this far backwards? The tip options at the point of sale are crazy. I order standing up, make my own drink, bus my own table. Who am I tipping? Hopefully somewhere nice opens in this location in the next couple of years.

We never get what we order so what is the point of offering 13 options?! I got 2 big balls of two different types of rice. Most of the the times the rice is raw and crunchy. It’s as if they were ridding themselves of left over food for doordash orders. Absolutely the most disgusting yet expensive food in town. Gross! I didn’t order queso, I am allergic to raw onions yet got raw onions. I hate Guacamole and Sour cream yet my bowl was so covered with it that it was inedible. Never again!!!

Food was good. Moe’s needs to stop trying to be Chipotle. Slowly going down hill. The soda machines were nasty. No tea at all. The ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Had I seen the bathroom before we ate we would not have eaten here. The toilet paper roller literally falling off wall. The toilet well nasty. There was also NO SOAP but lots of signs for employee hand washing. Everything about this bathroom said food poisoning. Grateful not sick.
