This Moe’s was not busy when we arrived, but got busy shortly after. Our food was ready quickly, and it was delicious. We should have gotten one entree and split it. The portions were large.

My first visit here. Got a chicken and tofu bowl (50/50) to go with rice, pintos and black beans. Plenty of food . . . Enough for 2 meals!! Monica, Phillip and Amy will take good care of you.
Please go a little easier on the salt! I had to rinse it off when I got home. Maybe it was the adobo sauce?

Today was my first time here. The food was really good. Service was fast. All the employees were very nice. We were greeted at the door. The place was very clean. I like the salsa bar. Small menu, and sometimes that’s nice. I would recommend this place for sure. We will be back

I’m happy that there was a Moe’s in hickory the food was amazing and the customer service was good . I don’t remember what the woman in the black shirt and glasses name ( who said have a nice drive back ) she was very helpful and patient with me . And I don’t know if the gentleman was the regional manager or GM or owner on the laptop but he was friendly and helpful .

Staff was fine as far as taking orders, but the food was awful. My family and I actually got sick from eating here. The dining room was messy/dirty. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and looked like they were never cleaned. Never again will I visit this place

All I wanted to do was have a nice quick meal with my boyfriend. I was so excited to come back and try Moe’s again because I hadn’t been there in years. However this changed whenever I decided to order one of the $14.00 bowls. I ordered the one with double meat and cheese, so I was happy because it sounded so good. Then when the girl working made the bowl she took two scoops out of the bin of steak. The spoons had barely anything in them each time. My boyfriend noticed and asked if I could have more because its supposed to be double meat (emphasis on double). She then told me it would be an upcharge… I’m already paying for double meat? After telling her no, she went on to make my boyfriends and proceeded to put the biggest pile of steak on there. Yet she wanted to skimp out on mine. Now I know this is food, but the attitude and disrespect was revolting. After checkout I went to my seat and realized I had lost my appetite and I couldn’t eat. So I decided to go up and ask for a manager to talk to about it and show how much meat they actually gave me. I was told the manager went on a smoke break and would be right back. That wasn’t the case because all the workers decided to huddle in the back gossiping about the situation. Very awful experience for the price I payed and I would discourage anyone from trying this place out if you want a respectful staff.

I received prompt service and checkout, restaurant appeared to be clean and food was tasty. Corn chips were included with the unlimited salsa condiment bar. Staff were pleasant and efficient in handling my order.

Went in late last night… starving! Food was great. Restaurant was very clean! Was served by Micah and she answered all my questions with a smile! Since I have food allergies I had a lot of questions. This was a good experience and I will be back!
