It was my first time trying this restaurant, and I was amazed by how great both the food and service were. Everything was perfect—there’s nothing I can complain about. You really get the best value for what you order, and the wide variety on the menu makes every meal feel like a feast. If I lived right next to this place, I would literally come here for every meal if I could. John and Tracy are the best!

Alright. The last time I came to Moes it was great. Everything was delicious. I went today at 5:30 PM. There was one other person in line. My whole family wanted steak bowls. When I walked up and it was completely out. I bought some chips and queso and waited for them to cook it. 20 minutes later I walked back up and ordered all three bowls. When I got home the rice was crunchy. And the steak tasted strange. And the fresh jalapeño was literally all stems and seeds. Come on guys.

The service was terrible and disgusting from some African American employees. This happened five years ago and I never went back with my family. I don’t know if it’s because we are Hispanic, but we are Boricua, or Puerto Rico USA, we are American, and we respect people regardless of colour or race. They should be more friendly and professional. I don’t know if the same employees are still there, but I’m no longer interested in spending money there. The treatment was horrible.

Meant to write this a little while ago but oh well, my opinion still stands.
I used to love this place, but the last 2 times I went solidified that I will NOT return.
Once I went by myself and ordered a burrito. The worker was didn’t acknowledge me, only stared and waited for me to speak. They asked me which meat, rice, beans, and if I wanted cheese, and that was it. The meat was very scarce. I had to state the rest of my order unprinted, they wrapped it, mumbled the order to the cashier and that was it.
The next time, both my daughter and I ordered. It was the same worker (late teens white male on the shorter side) with the same crap attitude.
I ordered my food and this time asked him to add more meat after he attempted to only put a half spoon in my bowl. He rolled his eyes and put a corner of a spoon more in.
The lady handling the toppings was much nicer and handed my 2 little ones a free cookie.
I should have paid more attention to my daughter because when we git home she said the guy barely put any chicken in her bowl, and sure enough, there were only maybe 8 pieces.
$30 wasted. Never again for such small portions and crap attitude.

Called this store on Saturday at 415 to advise that my APP order went to SC instead of FL, where I am located. Order was to be completed and picked up at 325, She proceeds to tell me it is not completed and they are working on it soon. Even if I was going to pick up the order, it was very late!!! However I told her there no need to complete order as I was in FL. She tells me “it happens all the time, we don’t do refunds” told me if i order through door dash or something I could but not through them since I used the app. Makes no sense if this is a known issue, FIX IT!!! I was out the food and the money.

Be careful eating here! They have hair in the food and if you get lucky enough to find it, they won’t even refund you for the over priced meal! 😉 wish I could give less than 1 star!

Good Burrito Bowls here. I’ve tried both types of rice, they have cilantro lime and brown rice. They have 2 types of chicken, white or dark meat along with steak. The fajita veggies are a good add to the bowl, I always get them. They also have fresh or pickled jalapeños, definitely recommend getting the fresh ones. Every meal comes with chips unless you ask them not to put them. They also have a good variety of salsas at the counter to choose from for your chips, burrito, or bowl. The atmosphere is always great, awesome taste in music. On Wednesdays they have a deal where it’s 20% off your meal for active duty personnel.

I love Moes and I love this location. I’ve been coming once a week for a year now. It’s always been so good but at the beginning of 2025 they got rid of the best manger/worker they had and it’s been downhill since. The past 4 weeks I’ve been in there has been ZERO salsa for customers to eat with their chips. This is hours before close and they have NOTHING. We even asked an employee for some and they went into the back and said they were all out. How does a place like this have no salsa for chips?

Highly recommended! Fantastic service, they always go above and beyond when it comes to my orders, specially since I have picky children. Their food is amazing, and their chips and queso are probably the best in town. Whenever we get the chance to go to the mall, this is our to go place! Keep up the good work! Love Moe’s!
