Disgusting and dirty. Two bites into my food and there is a hair. I literally spit out the bite of food and the hair was entangled inside. The manager said I’ll comp your food and make you a new one they made a new one and I couldn’t bear to eat it it just grossed me out. Then he says comp was making you a new meal or they’re going to write me a free meal ticket and I said no thank you I will never become back there again. The first time a friend brought me there I wasn’t impressed. Wanted something different but I definitely won’t be back.
The bowl a drink and I even gave a tip cost me $18. Sad!

Twice we’ve ordered delivery, and you missed /forgot “expensive” items. Our company has ordered from you before, and you simply forget items. To make it worse, you refuse to answer your phone. Sat on hold for 20+ min through ringing and then back to hold music, then it hangs up. Impossible to reach you and give you opportunity to fix. We let it go last time.
Owners, is this site loosing money? Here’s probably why. We will not be returning to your store for our lunch in the future.

I’ve been coming here for a while and debating my review. Today pushed me to decide to finally do it. The food is good! The only big issue I have is consistency in portion sizing. My bowl today was about half the size it normally is, I’ve had some variation in either direction from this average, but the ingredients normally touch the lid of the bowl, this time they were far off from even grazing the lid. Kinda disappointing when a majority of the volume is rice and beans. I will keep coming back, but it’s something to consider when coming here.

I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve never been here but my wife loves it. Online it says they’re open until 9 on Sundays, we came in a little before 7:45. Apparently they close at 8, and the staff and even the manager made sure that you knew you were an inconvenience. Didn’t know they closed that early until we sat down and the manager was yelling at people who walked through the door that they closed. It explains why the worker who checked us out acted like we just insulted her whole bloodline. I think it was a girl, I’m not sure. We tried to eat our food as fast as we could, obviously uncomfortable. The workers were making their own food and the manger kept telling them to hurry up or they were going to be there all night after what had just happened. I’m assuming having customers. Everything was extremely cold, but I guess that makes sense, since they were closing. Please update your hours because you just lost customers and I’m sure you lost more, considering the way I saw your staff treating other customers tonight, not just us.

I really like this new Moe’s location. Food is fresh and very flavorful. Staff are great. When I was in there this evening Isaiah made my burrito bowl and he was very engaging and polite. He showed us real hospitality. I like the fact that they have healthy vegan and vegetarian choices. I don’t eat meat every day so it was good to have the tofu option. I couldn’t believe the portion size! Great deal! Loved the guacamole ….

Mu husband & I went to Moe’s for his birthday last week as this is one of his favorite places to eat in Wilmington. I had never been so I was skeptical at first but WOW! The food was amazing! The portions were more than I could eat & I got the junior burrito lol! Chips, salsa & cheese dip were fantastic as well. I will definitely be eating here again!

First time ever eating here and must say it was pretty decent. It was better than chipotle. I would recommend and I would also go back. I got the steak burrito with everything and must say I was not prepared for how big it was. The chips kind of tasted old. But the burrito definitely made up for it.
