ordered on Uber with this location and my food came to me like a complete sloppy mess. The taste was nasty. The food was all over the place. The chips was still in old. someone overcooked the chips.
The worst MOES I’ve ever been to honestly. and whoever was working around 2 PM to 4:30 pm on a Friday on 1/9/26 you shouldn’t be allowed to cook anyone’s food ever again. Matter of fact, they should fire you! this disgusting slop that you sent my way while I’m pregnant, it’s so disrespectful.
please be mindful that you’re serving customers not pigs in a barn.
and clearly this establishment has terrible workers because why would you allow this out of your restaurant knowing it looks disgusting and the chips are old and stale.

The location has REALLY done downhill in the past year. The portion size is never consistent and it’s gotten significantly smaller. You don’t get a portion size that’s worth $13-$15. I have always loved the salads, but the past few times I’ve gotten a salad, I barely have 1/4cup of lettuce, that’s not a salad. The last salad I got, was smaller than what you get a chipotle, it was worth *maybe* $5 not $13
I really hope the owner ans manager addresses the issues soon, because I feel Moe’s is starting ripping off customers like chipotle does. I have gone here for a long time, but if it keeps happening, I’m going to stop.

I have never received such little food from any restaurant. On my stack I received, no exaggeration, maybe not even a quarter of the usual portion. There were maybe 2 teaspoons of meat and fewer than 8 beans. I was in shock. I will never be coming back.

How do I know I have the best order at Moe’s? Because the staff couldn’t resist eating half my bowl before giving it to me. Literally opened my mobile order and thought I was on the second half of my meal already. Didn’t even have the decency to save me the guacamole I ordered either. Just big and greedy. Also, the chips were so stale it was like chewing on jerky, and the service was so bad it felt like I was interrupting their day by picking up my food. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Moe’s.

They charge extra for adobo (dark meat) chicken on kids meals, while adobo is included on a standard burrito. I asked them why I was being charged extra and they told me the price with the $0.50 was the price on the menu. Raising the kids burrito meal from 7.99 to 8.49.
On their POS, once they select adobo chicken as the meat option, it automatically adds charge. They just shrugged their shoulders.

Had a pick up order last night and I am highly disappointed. I ordered 2 bowls and 1 had way less food than the other. No salsa or queso, just plain chips. No dressing for the bowls. Everything was dry and bland. Definitely will not be retruning!

I’ve been in the area for a while and would go to Moe’s before Chipotle arrived. I prefer Moe’s Queso to Chipotle’s. I tried it yesterday and was greatly disappointed. The rice was undercooked, so the entire bowl was inedible. I agree with most of what people say about decreasing the portion size as well. The services wasn’t bad but not good neither. I guess back to Chipotle I go.

Been out of the area for 4 yrs. & used to love Mo’s Visiting the area we took our 4 grands 10 & under. We had a $20, $50 & $100. They only except $20’s . They would not allow the $50. Hey Mo, $20’s can be faked too. I guess the next generation in this fam won’t be going there.

Food portions were smaller in size and food qualit was good. Service was a pass. Overall atmosphere here was not cheerful. We did takeout. Also salsa station was dirty and full of spilled water.

This location is nothing like it was when it opened. The portions and quality of the food has went down. I use to visit frequently since it’s local to where I live but don’t as much and when I do I’m reminded why. I took advantage of the BOGO.The first pick is the amount of chicken in my bowl…no way that’s even one scoop. That left me with a bunch of dry clumped up rice and practically raw onions and peppers. My husband bowl was exactly the same. I asked for corn and the server split one scoop between the 2 bowls…I almost told her I didn’t even want it…does this look appealing to you? To top it off they gave me a bag full of cold chips this was close to 1 around lunch time so I don’t get why the food was cold, old, and just nasty honestly. We both picked over the bowl but I think I’m done with them at this point.
