Ordered two bowls from Door dash. When the bowls arrive they were barely half full. Hardly had any chicken (the least expensive protein). No salsa with chips, no utensils, no napkins. Come on people, its not a hard job. Definitely not worth $12. Hopefully this restaurant starts serving quality products at a good value.

Moe’s is essentially a Chipotle but for people who do not like spicy food or that unique Chipotle… “experience”. My wife and I prefer it because the portions are generous and the food is tasty. Not much more to say.

Edit: I changed my review because I ordered online and they cut my portion sizes literally in half because they weren’t making it in front of me. If I’m going to overpay for small portions I’ll just go to chipotle across the street. Or Tacos Oaxaca 5 minutes away for more authentic Mexican with much better portions.
Call me crazy, I prefer Moe’s over Chipotle. Food is just as good, bigger portions, better prices, less pretentious. I get an obnoxiously large burrito and love to see the teenagers struggle to wrap it. They almost always do a great job! The free chips are a little stale sometimes, sure. We gonna pretend like we’re all not gonna eat 30 of them, anyways? Yeah, that’s what I thought. They always yell “Welcome to Moe’s” when you walk in. Truly these are the only people I let scream at me without contemplating retributive violence. They can call me a big back too if they lather up my burrito with chipotle ranch. I know what I’m about, I’m not offended.

It is remodeled, relaxing and the service is at the top. Even though it is close I have never be to this business. They have just renovated the restaurant. The menu was not huge but there are plenty of options. The prices are reasonable. The staff provided suggestions and the food was all fresh and the service area clean and neat. I will definitely return. Plus the customers were friendly.

Picked up dinner tonight for the family and the two individuals, one making food and the other acting as cashier, were beyond rude…eye rolling, throwing food at one another and into our bag, which spilled, and very unwelcoming. Disappointing since we have historically had good service here. Hoping management addresses their behavior!

Place used to be decent, but for the price you pay and the portion sizes you get its just not okay.
Ordered online and some of my food was somehow wrong. We got half a bag of chips for 4 people even with asking for extra on the app for each food item and getting guacamole and queso. The order was $100 and we only get half a bag of chips with food that wasn’t even good and was soggy. Head to taco bell and save money and get food that is somehow better quality.

Love this location because you can taste the freshness but on this delivery the chips tasted old. Also the Quesadilla pieces were stacked and they stuck together!! My beef soft taco also stuck to the foil. Minor things but for the prices it should be a flawless execution! Best and freshest guacamole in town!! Quesadilla and tacos packed with flavor and ingredients! UPDATE 4/3/25
Bowl is packed full of fresh delicious ingredients! Guacamole is expensive for a 4 oz container but worth it because it is fresh with chunks of amazing avocado. I love this location and their focus on friendly over the top customer service! UPDATE 3/2/26 Grilled Burrito Dipper were small and a delicious flavor. The Moes sauce tasted like puke though and I only got 1/4 of a bag of chips.

Store is clean that’s about the only positive thing. They short your portions so bad you might as well get something vegetarian. There’s one guy manager (I’m guessing he is) that works in that store that makes them like they should be. When the girl is in there you might as well turn around and walk out because they are going to short you every time! I’m just staying away completely from now on. They charge way too much money to give you 8-10 little tiny pieces of “steak” in a burrito bowl. Go about 2 mins further to Chipotle, you’ll get a nice fat burrito bowl with a FEW scoops of steak. Plus it’s better quality meat anyway. Never again!! Save your money and frustration!

Management at this location are thieves. They post specials on Uber Eats sites, but at check out you’re charged regular price. I ordered the bogo rice bowl special. My order total was 16.11. When I approved the charges I noticed that I was charged 26.32 vs the 16.11. I immediately canceled the order. The order instantly showed canceled on Uber Eats website as well. Instead of them reimbursing me the 26.32 purchase amount they charged me for a preparation fee, when food wasn’t prepared. The order was canceled within a minute at most. How was 2 rice bowls prepared in less than a minute? Please watch the so called special prices!!! You may be charged full priced and you won’t get your full refund. This location isn’t BBB accredited either. That also speaks volumes.

Always loved going to this location with my Mom as it’s not usually crowded. Took my Dad for his first Moe’s experience and the staff was very patient with him and helped him navigate the concept. Food was tasty and restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back!
