We love coming to Moes, because there’s some thing on the menu for every one of us! There are so many vegetarian options and the ingredients taste fresh! All kids dishes come with a drink and a cookie! The stack is extremely fun to eat! It’s like a grilled cheese loaded with the best veggies and sauces! The west cary location is extremely kit clean and well-maintained. The staff are very responsive and professional.

Thank you Moe’s for hosting our girl scouts tonight and feeding our girl scouts! They loved getting to ask all the questions their hearts desired. They really loved seeing the refrigerator, the coke machine open and the prep area. Thank you for your commitment to building community, teaching young minds and thank you to all of your staff that was so kind to our girls. They all smiled at the girls, let them ask question after question. Of course, the food was great, as always!!

We ordered today dinner to go and once we got home we found out that the chicken was burned in all 3 items we got. Also they didn’t have much salsa left on the salsa counter. My daughter loves Moe’s food and we got so disappointed this time. What bothered us it that they know that the chicken was burned and still put it in our food which shows that they don’t care about their customers

After my previous positive review, we returned and wanted to update. They are very efficient, but the 2 ladies who work there most of the time are not very friendly and borderline grouchy. It’s a shame because they put a good bowl and burrito together. A friendly smile and hello goes a long way.
This Moe’s is the best in the Apex/Cary area. The staff is very efficient, the portion size is perfect, they actually clean the tables and do so with with soapy water. It’s nice to walk into a Moe’s that’s top notch. Only negative this visit was it was freezing and the music was too loud. Other than that, it was great!

This is my family’s go-to Moes and it has been very consistent and better run than most other locations. They have a fairly stable crew now and portions are generous and well prepared. We avoid other Moe’s since they are always disappointing when compared with this one. Their AC was out but fixed now. Get their app – great deals are found there and a generous rewards program.

We have placed dozens of orders at the Moes on Arco St in Cary. Tonight we went in to pick up a to go order after ordering through the app. Apparantly the order was stolen from another customer before we arrived to pick it up. The employee working was silent when we asked if we if they would remake the order or offer a refund. She would ignore us when we asked her a question. We ended up just leaving with no resolution. I’ll just have to dispute the charges on our credit card.
