It’s been about a year since I’ve been to Moe’s. I visited today with my son and got take out. Tell me why I paid $13.00 for this?! I ordered my burrito naked, so in a bowl, and asked for the tortilla it would come in on the side. The reason being, I usually eat agter I put my son to bed and I wanted to be able to heat it all up and then roll the burrito so I didn’t have to microwave the lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole. They had no problem doing this, but they had the NERVE to charge me for the tortilla. Um what? How can you charge me for the tortilla when I ordered a burrito. It literally comes in a tortilla. I asked if she understood what I ordered because I thought maybe she misunderstood what I ordered. Nope…she said Moe’s charges for the tortilla when you ask for it on the side, even though it’s literally part of the meal. The portion sizes was ridiculously small. My 4 year old was hungry after his ADULT entree. I will not be going back. I understand with inflation prices have had to increase but how dare you increase prices by 50% AND decrease portion sizes to less than a kid’s meal, AND start charging for standard items. Go to Chipotle. Their food is a higher quality, larger portions, and actually it’s cheaper, too!

Standout experience with catering!!! I was blown away by the staff’s kindness, cleanliness, and professionalism with my order. Everything was ready on time and packaged so thoughtfully. The team even offered to help me carry my order to the car and held the door for me as I maneuvered my large wagon. I’ll definitely be using this location again. They’re very dependable

I walked into the restaurant with absolutely no one in line in front of me. I told him I needed five burritos with tofu. (They did not have enough tofu to even make one burrito). They said we’ll need to cook it. The three employees were each busy doing their own thing. One set a tray of tofu on the countertop. But after 10 minutes when the tofu just sat on the countertop, no one had even put it into the oven. I gave up and walked out.

Haven’t eaten here in a long time. They are a bit pricey but I had a coupon spend $20 get $12 off. My Three Taco meal was awesome filled with fresh ingredients. One taco was missing sour cream but the other 2 were correct. The guacamole was so fresh and amazing but $3.00 is a lot for a 4 oz small container. Paying more for fresh delicious food makes it worth while!

Shout out to Ariana! This is the only Moe’s I go to anymore, because she always does a superb job crafting my nachos! She also has incredivbe customer service. Highly recommend!

My husband loves it her, but I’ve not been overly thrilled. The staff is hard to hear and don’t seem happy to be at work. The one gal looked quite unkempt with her hair everywhere. The chips we received were half smashed into little bits, but hidden by the full chips. My burrito was okay, but I just didn’t feel like it had a lot of flavor. Too expensive too, in my opinion.

Typical Moe’s food which is 5/5 for me. This location was a little understaffed when I visited though. Only one person working the entire preparation line. No “Welcome to Moe’s” either – which is a problem certainly not limited to this location.

I’ve been contemplating leaving a review for a while, as I usually don’t, but today was my tipping point. The quality of the food here is terrible and honestly looks gross. The steak I ordered was so burnt that I couldn’t even eat it. The rice is hard and the lettuce is brown. Portions are tiny, and for the price, it’s just not worth it. Moes is usually my favorite restaurant but I can honestly say I will never go back to this one.

Granted it was the middle of dinner rush and bustling with college students… but when I finally made it through the line and asked for birria as my protein (having accepted that they were out of seasoned rice and black beans), I was given a few small clumps of meat— an amount that could have fit in one of the 2oz salsa cups with room to spare.
I asked if that’s all I get (after waiting for her to change pans, thinking she was going to add more), and was told yes. I insisted that’s definitely not a normal portion, and to please add some more. She obliged, and put an “extra meat” sticker on the bowl.
Thankfully, the cashier was understanding and did not charge me extra.
Then I get to the salsas. Every bowl was empty. Other guests simply accepted it and moved on— one shrugged and said “it happens” before rushing off. I, on the other hand, went back to the cashier and let him know, and after eating some of my meal, returned for salsa as soon as it was replenished.
As for the food itself, the birria was dry, chewy and bland. The bowl overall was cold and lackluster. The chips tasted off, as did the salsas.
This might be my worst Moe’s experience ever.

Had food delivered via Uber Eats through Instacart and is completely inedible. The rice is way under cooked and hard. Called the store and was told that they changed their rice and have had a lot of complaints about it. They also forgot our salsa and the Queso… So essentially no lunch for me today and wasted over $40
UberEats & Instacart will not do anything to resolve issue and that isn’t on Moe’s. But if Moe’s knows they are selling a subpar product and continues to sell it that is horrible business practice and will not be eating here anymore
