I guess they’re done with the whole “Welcome to Moe’s!” thing. I didn’t hear anyone saying it the whole time I was there, which was a while considering it took everyone working there like 10 minutes just to figure out what the three people in front of me wanted to order. Also, they were out of cilantro rice, they put my order in a to-go bag without asking me if I wasn’t eating there or not (I was), they skipped heavily on the chips, and the card reader didn’t even have a “no tip” option. If I tell someone what to do and how to do it, and they can’t even smile, why do they deserve a tip for good service? Plus, even the Moe’s on Battleground has a Coca-Cola Freestyle, and that place has clearly seen better days.

No WELCOME TO MOES, I asked where the lids were ? The girl said nothing just pointed… I walked no greeting what so ever… I’m assuming the lady in sky blue and red hair is a manager did not even look at me. The guy in black shirt barely said hello… moes has gone down hill on atmosphere… I don’t know what you pay these people, but either pay them more or get new people and pay them more and train in customer service bc this is not it. I use to love amor, now I prefer Chipotle’s a little more and for me that speaks volume bc I DO NOT LIKE CHIPTOLES FOOD

This place gives you tortilla chips but only has small cups you cannot dip the chips in. I asked for something bigger for some salsa they refused and told me to continue to get up and down to refill the smaller cup the chips don’t fit in. I spent over 20 on burrito and drink and they cannot provide a bigger paper cup for salsa? Customer service is no longer a thing

The food is awful…..AWFUL. Not sure if it’s just this location or Moe’s in general. I spent the same amount as I would’ve at Chipotle. The meat here tasted processed. The steak was gray…..GRAY. Not my idea of a good meal at all. A complete waste of money.

Went here a few weeks ago, the lady “Erica” is impolite as hell. She uses this sarcastic tone with multiple people of color don’t know if it’s a type of racism but quite literally sent 3 of my family members in just to see how she acted with a variety of people and let me tell you, not very nice.

If you asked me years ago to rate moe’s, it would’ve never been 5 stars. But they made huge changes (actually incorporating flavors in their product) and not charging for chips with weekly deals was a nice change.
Their tomatillo salsa is a must, proper spice and flavor, salsa with garlic is nice too.
Their $6 burrito deal on Monday is a weekly habit now. So much food, great on a budget. Love their Adobe chicken and their tofu is amazing. Add pico, fresh jalapenos and southwest vinaigrette and you got a winner. Grilled veggies are a great touch too.
Barberitos was always my spot and still are, but Moes has distanced themselves from the rest.

Greasy broken tortilla chips thrown in the bottom of the bag and crushed by a flavorless burrito that consisted of mostly rice & beans. No salsa was in the bag.
When I called the GM, Ashley, today for quality control reasons only, she was rude.
First experience, and last experience with Moe’s SW Grill. Just another SUBPAR Chain Restaurant. Local Mexican restaurants are far better.

After a terrible experience at another location (Battleground), I came to this Moe’s and was blown away by the difference. The staff here were friendly, respectful, and actually listened to my order. I’m a bit picky about how much chicken goes in my bowl, and they were super understanding… no attitude, just great service. The food was fresh and the atmosphere felt welcoming. This is the Moe’s location I’ll be coming back to. Big thanks to the team here for turning my day around!
