Came here with my family which included four children. I bought meals for everyone. I just wanted cups for water for the kids and they wanted to charge two dollars for each cup… The last time I checked water was free and the cups definitely do not cost two dollars. They wanted to charge me for a regular fountain drink. This establishment is not family friendly. Will be going someplace else for lunch next time as this is the first time I encountered this.

Poor service. Can tell the employees don’t want to be there. Food was bad, rice was hard and felt like it was going to break my teeth. Employee could not properly wrap burrito and had to put it in a bowl because of how poorly it was wrapped. Then they don’t have knives to cut the burrito up. Very poor experience. Do not recommend

Very clean, wonderful staff who were very friendly and personable. Served my roommate and I with a smile. Food was good and LOTS of it!!! I got the rice bowl and I can not finish it… So I’ve got enough for a second meal.
#winning! I would recommend friends and family and outta towners to give them a try.

If I could give this place a -5 star I would. On the menu it states you can make it a meal for an additional $4.69. But when we got to the register they stated that they did not have a meal option even though it states on the menu that they do offer a meal option and an employee was watching a movie and had a decent amount of cussing in it.

This is definitely a college town hot-spot. Apparently, a large crowd of college kids had just came through and left the place a mess. Not that it’s the employees fault, but something to consider when looking for dinner. The food is ok when you’re in a pinch, but I don’t think it’s as good as Chipotle or Qdoba.

I love this place and eat it all of the time but recently in the past few months, the rice is not cooked and crunchy, the meat is burnt, and the burritos are poorly wrapped. I really hope they fix these because I really like eating here.

When we came in there was almost no food left, the workers were rude, and they had parsley labeled as cilantro, which they dumped all over my burrito. Why would I want parsley on my burrito? Also they didn’t give me my chips.

Staff was incredibly rude. The only vegetable they had on bar was lettuce. AND they raised their prices.
I do not recommend stopping here.
For a better experience, I recommend going hungry.

I haven’t been to Moe’s in 2 years.
I don’t know why.
Wife got 2 meals off her bowl and I got 3 off my burrito! Fantastic food…
The service was better than the food. So personable, professional and made all of us smile in the line(which moved fast!).
Impressive
