I came in earlier today around 6 pm to order food. Very Busy. The 2 people that took my order were very polite but looked very stressed. The young man who rung me up Wore No gloves and touched chips and multiple other food items. Very Unsanitary. Disappointed.

Not as good as I used to remember it after inflation has jacked prices up. First Moe’s in years since they don’t have them where I live anymore. Thankfully their basic meats don’t have hot spicy seasoning like Chipotle which is why I used to always prefer them. Got the Homewrecker burrito with the included guacamole and free chips but it just doesn’t hit the spot like it used to. Things change I guess. Thankfully still big enough to get two meals out of the burrito. The salsa bar is still there but none of the mild ones tasted very good for me. Service was decent but a bit chaotic and they were ok on friendly scale.

Since Uber Eats delivery sucks and they stayed late to re-make my food after the delivery driver didn’t deliver my food and I just want to get them their props. Honestly hands down the best Moe’s I’ve been too. Its smells good as you walk in and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The food taste fresh and muy delicious. I prefer chicken but the carne asada is bomb too. The Queso is the BEESSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTT. The Moe’s crew made us feel welcomed and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend yall try this Moe’s location, you won’t regret it.

Probably the worst moes I’ve ever been to. Ordered a steak bowl and the dude put literally 8 tiny pieces of steak on the bowl. The spoon wasn’t even full. Said it’s extra if you want another scoop. Chips were stale. Don’t waste your money or your time.

As a company Moe’s has lost sight of who they used to be. Prices up quality down, remodeling to a boring grey interior and losing their hard rock aesthetic.
For this particular location, employee quality is bottom tier. I received nothing but gen Z stares and it seemed like my presence was an inconvenience.

So this is my first time at this one.
I LOVE the enthusiasm. Every member was on fire Lynee and Markel had my brodie and I Hella entertained. Markel stuffed a bus’ worth of food into a tortilla Lynee toasted my monstrosity with some extra toastiness. It tastes AMAZING. Recommend. Good energy and amazing food.

I asked the staff if they have the premium meat is stated on the menu based on what is advertised as “your choice of proteins”. The manager on duty kept saying I cannot change it. And approached me as I was writing this review to tell me that they were closing. I said I am writing a review in it was not yet 9pm.
