Look, I don’t really know what exactly is happening lately but ever since the seeming change of management it’s like you guys are a lot cheaper in how many chips you give people. I shouldn’t have to explicitly ask for extra to get what was considered a normal portion before, but barring even that, the salsa the last few times has been sub par quality. Tastes like it’s going bad. I love Moes but this location has slowly started to fall off for me.

Disappointed! We ordered online to take lunch home. It was before 1130 so there was no rush or even patrons in the restaurant.
There was no chicken option- not adobo chicken nor white meat chicken. You could get greasy ground beef, tofu or pay $2 more and have steak.
The steak was chewy and had fat/gristle which was disappointing. My quesadilla was soggy and falling apart. There was no Diet Coke option available on the fountain drink machine.
Worst part- explosive stomach problems a few hours later. I definitely won’t repeat this location, Chipotle is right across the street.

Restaurant is dirty inside. I assume the manager, who was wearing an orange polo, took our order he put on gloves and starting making the food. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and kept checking it and then touched the food again, same gloves. Very unsanitary! There was no salsa at the salsa bar and when we asked for some they said they didn’t have any.

I tried the Homewrecker burrito and it was a huge disappointment. The service was poor and the burrito itself had bland taste and stale ingredients. I honestly can’t believe I wasted my money on this. I won’t be returning anytime soon!

The nachos were soggy and stale. Even the extra chips that came with our order were stale. Burrito was poorly made and wrapped. Never had a problem with this location before, but today was bad. Order was take out via app, and wasn’t ready when I got there. I think we’ll be trying the Chipotle across the street next time.

Have to start off with the fact that I’ve gone to this particular Moe’s for like, 8 years now—it’s a staple in what I get to eat. However, a lot has changed. It’s become apparent that the owner has changed because now they’re SO stingy with the servings. Please, if you want to save your business, be more generous with your customers!

We came here a lot when I was younger and living in Great Bridge. We were in the area again yesterday and decided to eat dinner here.
The service was great; the employee that made our food was pleasant and decently fast.
The food was good as well. My parents got nachos, which they enjoyed. I got a burrito, which was pretty good, but I found that the ingredients were not mixed very well in the burrito. I didn’t get much of the meat until the second half of the burrito, and certain ingredients seemed pushed towards one part of the burrito, leaving very little of that ingredient in the other parts.
Overall, the experience was certainly not bad. If you like Moe’s, you probably won’t have a problem with this location.

TERRIBLE. Ordered online, picked up close to closing so we couldn’t go back. Most of our chips were dark burnt and tasted terrible. We didn’t receive our queso side or drink. A bunch of items in our burritos were missing (sour cream, guacamole etc.) Ordered a white meat chicken quesadilla got steak, ordered spicy chicken burrito got regular. The food was just garbage. The store wasn’t even busy when we picked up the food.
