On 3/2/2026 – I did not have a good customer service experience. Upon placing my order in the store, I firmly told the lady that I wanted the value meal. She then proceeds to tell me about the burrito deal – in which I said firmly again that I wanted the value meal. Anywho, I noticed she gave me small portions of food for my burrito (equivalent to a kids serving), gave me a very small amount of chips, and did not include the salsa. Then when I asked about the salsa – she wanted me to get it myself at the side bar, in which I told her no and that it didn’t look fresh. Also, this location does not take online orders past 9:00pm – which is why I had to physically go inside to order.

Absolutely horrible customer service by he was extremely rude i came in at 2 pm no one is here i ordered 2 orders online and just came to pick them up. He was telling me i cant scan my code to get the order i have to place an order with him first before scanning and telling me oh alright i dont care that you ordered online. Next time do it like this . Super ride the food is cooked all the waay and the portions were small his name is Maritza R and he didn’t want to give out his name i found it on my receipt

I’ve always enjoyed Moe’s and have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, both in person and online. I have noticed lately though that their serving sizes for bowls have drastically decreased, especially when ordering online. I guess they figure since the person isn’t standing right there watching they have skimp out. It’s a shame as the price of the meal is expensive, but I didn’t mind before because I could get a few meals out of it, but I’m not questioning whether I want to eat here again.

Really good food & affordable place to eat when you use your Moe’s app rewards. I hardly get takeout yet I was able to get a free soft taco and chips with different salsas and sauces with free guacamole to go using my app reward points last year & reward. I liked the new additional sauces they added. The service was great and they got me two samples of ranch sauce quickly since it ran out at the self serving area. The ambiance of the place was simple and clean. I came there late at night when they were near closing time (10 PM). was glad to get there in time. The free chips they gave with my taco were still delicious the next day and still good to eat after heating in the microwave. Actually they were the best chips I ever got from a Mexican food place. Will definitely visit this Moe’s more often. Cheers!

I like coming to Moe’s, but recently I noticed that there is a little laziness that happens at night, if you order late.
I specifically asked for no sour cream, what do I get? Sour cream.
This is rather frustrating when I placed the order online with clear instructions. Also, I noticed I barley had any cheese on my salad bowl. When I picked up my food, the staff was standing around talking.
This is not a good experience at all.
P.s. you see the scrapped off sour cream?

This location is terrible. The service is sloppy and slow. I’ve tried them twice this king maybe it was just a bad day, but no. This time I ordered pick up and several things were missing from my order. I tried to call the number on the recipe a few times and no one pickup up. Food is too expensive for this!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Moe’s! Jonathan was the absolute best—he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He let us sample all the new limited-time meats, which was awesome, and wasn’t shy about giving us a generous portion of chips. His friendly and attentive service made the whole visit a pleasure. Definitely looking forward to coming back, thanks to Jonathan’s top-notch hospitality!

False advertising!!! We came for Moe’s Monday, the burrito/bowl is supposed to be $7.99, when we asked the worker about it she said you have to download the app. Did that, and then she tells us it doesn’t apply for the same day, I would have to wait til next Monday to use it. I would have to purchase it at regular price. We just walked out. I’m willing to give it a try for $7.99 but not for $15.

The good: The food is always excellent quality. They’re not shy about the chips (other locations give you like five chips), staff are always friendly and helpful.
The bad: My only complaint is very small. They advertise that they close at 10pm. However, on multiple occasions I have tried to grab some food between 9:30-9:45 and the doors are locked and they will signal that they are closed. I’m not taking away a star because the staff have explained it’s due to either staff shortage or food shortage, so not their fault.
I do still highly recommend this Moe’s location.
