December 3, 2025. Uber Eats Pickup.
Not only was pickup awful, (they refused to answer the door at 9:57p until I banged on it for almost a minute saying I had an Uber Eats order.) Next, my app never updated to say my food was ready. There were no tops to my bowls so everything got smushed between aluminum foil sheets…..Then the food….there was not even a 1/4 cup of ground beef for one order, there was no sour cream, beans, pickled jalapeño, tajin, sour cream, corn, OR cilantro. Literally rice, meat, onion, and a dab of cheese. My dog wouldn’t even eat this. They clearly were out of items and instead of saying that and/or cancelling, they handed me my order looking me dead in my face with no worries. Too busy trying to close early. I have bartended over 11 years and as early as I begin cleaning my bar, I never keep items unavailable before last call. Completely unacceptable seeing I placed my order at 9:12p. I order from here often and have never experienced such a disappointment. The two stars is for the one nice young gentleman who opened the door.

Great Mexican-American food place to stop at for a quick bite. The kid at the register absolutely didn’t want to be there and needed to pull his pants up, but the young man who put our orders together was pleasant and the food ended up being very filling and good. Like Chipotle or Zia Tacqueria, but different.

Who really running this place this place is going downhill since I use to work in the area, this place is ran down convenient to have a lil Mexican food spot in that area too bad moes is not all over like Chipotle but hey ! So I have to travel here or I can go out further but anywho this place is not welcoming or cozy it doesn’t give me come in feel comfortable while you eat your food vibes… the food on display didn’t look that fresh just maybe the chicken which is im sure in heavy rotation, the 1st red flag was the damn rice (balls) or clusters because that what it was they least could have broken them chunks up wit some hot water warmed naw im jokin about that par but they should have bought out a new batch foreal none of it had flavor just ugh..so that’s what I got … the flavors were lacking im almost mad that I went there for convince vs going home and making something better but what the hey, the chips were part regular with quite a few burnt ones thrown in. The forgot my cheese on the side , , missing a few items , one soda machine was broken the other had 2 soda options out of the 100 to choose from so basically both machines was down luckily the manager was chilled about letting me have one of the flat soda bottles so that was a plus, over all some work needs to be done with customer service, maybe some remodeling, and keeping up with maintenance and inventory and cleanliness and the quality and flavor of the food … im not sure if its still a busy location but its no reason especially the days I went in its usually 3 to 4 other people in their tops but its no reason that store should be lacking all of that …. next time I’ll probably catch a flight to Arundel mills or go take another flight and find a qdoba because that’s not it !!!

I go to Moe’s in North Carolina all the time and have been for decades…it’s my favorite go to place. But this location left me disappointed- the hot sauce is completely watered down, chips are undercooked, and all sauces in general seem to have water added making it flavorless…:(

I do a lot of catering orders and they are always on time with my order. This last time I messed up and forgot to submit an order for around 15 people so I thought I was out of luck. However, the staff were great and completed my order within 10 minutes. They are really great!

The food is consistently good here. We went close to closing time and the foos was fresh and full of flavor. They gentlemen was able to prepare a special order my one of the kids because they’re a little picky. That gesture was really appreciated. The queso was perfect. The chips are thin and crispy versus the thicker chips at some TexMex places. Overall I always like this chain of SW Mexican food.

Few months back, was going to order there but they were closing and the associate put a cardboard on top of the grill and then stood on top of the cardboard to clean the top part. This is beyond unsanitary. I wouldn’t hold it against the worker but looks like the management is not providing them with enough resources (I.e. ladder) to do their job well.

Went here with my nephew and it was fine at first having my order made but, the staff were reckless with one saying the n word. Mind you I’m African American and not a single person in there was darker than the white walls. I’m not comfortable being in a place were people feel comfortable using language that was inherited to bring people of my shared decent down.

I placed a doordash order for a homewrecker and a side of queso the queso opened up in the bag and my order was wrong every time I try to call they just hang up on me very disappointing and I’m out of $30

My daughter and I are trying to give this place a chance, every time we order for delivery, there is something missing from our order, I love Nachos with meat, yet every time I order and pay for meat they seem to send my order with no meat, the first time we thought maybe they were rushing, but then the next time a time again, and this time, it’s the same NO MEAT, now it seems as if they’re leaving the meat out purposely, and being funny about it, knowing that there is nothing that can be done after the order goes out for delivery. This is not funny or acceptable, your employees need to make sure that they give customers what they ask and pay for in their orders. I bet you don’t make this mistake when you prepare orders for people that you like or are the same race as your employees. Then I called in to the store to speak to a manager and the lady who answered the phone got sarcastic with me, we don’t have to waste our time to spend our money with you for this poor service, and we can’t even get what we ask for. This is too many times with the same problem.
