Horrible experience. Order was to be ready at 4:37. I walked out with my food at 5:08. And there were no chips as requested. No bacon on my husband’s Wrong Doug. It was only cooked on one side. I also noticed the staff didn’t seem to be in any hurry at all with the long line waiting. Didn’t even START my order until after 5:00. When I ordered at 4:21. Doesn’t anyone have any motivation anymore? This is ridiculous! $30 worth of food and I have to eat it with freaking Tostitos because there’s no bag of chips. Thanks a lot jerks. Won’t be coming here again.

Used to come here all the time growing up, but moved away. I just came back for Christmas and stopped in for lunch. This place has gone downhill… A LOT. There were gnats everywhere, water and crumbs on the tables and the counters, and trash on the floor. Looks like no one has cleaned in awhile. It also looked like there were puddles of water on the other side of the counter where the employees work. And I mean, that seems kinda unsafe. Would not recommend. The quality of the food had gone down too. Definitely didn’t taste as good, but then again, I didn’t even bother finishing my meal

The food was really good but the staffed seemed overwhelmed with preparing online orders that the in person customer service is suffering. We had a wait a bit to have our orders taken and then after making my burrito i had to wait again while they prepped more online orders to be checked out and then had to wait again to actually be handed the food i already paid for. I cant be too mad at the staff because its just a bunch of kids having to deal with more online orders than the number of staff working could handle. Just know if you go around peak meal times it will just be a bit of a wait even if there arent many people eating in. I hope Moes does something to make things more manageable for their employees.

The restaurant was cleaned. The people didn’t greet us upon our arrival. Sadly this trip was less than pleasurable tonight! The food was cold & tasted burned. I had a white chicken bowl & it tasted burned. There was no onions, green peppers or mushrooms although I love those in my bowl. Then they did put more onions on the grill, but the other items they said they were out of. Not impressed! My daughter had a ground beef burrito & she said it also tasted burned. Not a great experience . Then my grandson got a chicken white meat burrito kids meal. He too wasn’t impressed.

This place used to be great but not sure what happened. The past three times I went my order was wrong… not something small but like meat missing from my salad when I ordered extra or queso missing when I paid for it. The employees are annoyed when I go back or call and say my order is wrong like it’s my fault. Maybe new management? Just sad its now fallen into the “unreliable” category when it used to be great. Side note… the female employee with the purple hair is miserable and mean. Ruins the experience.

I have been going to this particular Moes since it opened years ago. For the first few years this Moes was second to none, great service , clean, and of course nice people. Over the last few months this location has changed. No more friendly employees, you can’t see the fresh ingredients any more and most troubling is the cleanliness or lack of. This store looks like they fired the cleaning people it is absolutely disgusting and seems to be getting worse every time I visit.

The worst takeout we’ve ever had. Not only were there multiple things prepared wrong, multiple items missing, everything we received was soggy and flavorless. One of us ordered a simple 3 beef tacos with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream… one had the lettuce and cheese without sour cream, one had just beef by itself, then the last had beef and tomatoes. It’s a quantity of 3 of the same thing… just how?? And I don’t even want to get in to the home wrecker burrito train wreck…. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

I agree with the other reviews. This place use to be good. Not sure what happened but last 2 times I went I wished I hadn’t. I do think the portions have decreased but more importantly the taste. I got a bowl and it’s awful. Not even sure why other than it just doesn’t taste good. There’s an obvious change in staff and food quality.

This place used to be amazing, it really took a down turn in the last couple weeks. I don’t know if there was a management change or what. . I used to eat here once a week but I am done. They didn’t give my husband all of our food, and when I called the girl who I spoke to blamed my husband! And never apologized or anything! I am done with this place. I wish I had caught her name, I would love to report her to corporate!
