First time to a Moe’s in about 20 years. When did they stop yelling “welcome to Moe’s” when you came in? Food was pretty good. Service was kind of meh. Staff was more interested in getting back to their own meal than getting mine. They weren’t rude or anything, just short.

HORRIBLE Moe’s and extremely poor excuse for a restaurant! You will REGRET stepping foot in this location! For no reason to unsuspecting, good customers, the ACTUAL “MANAGER” will disrespect you as soon as you step in the door. The manager will actually disrespect you while he acts annoyed preparing and throwing your food around. The manager will actually disrespect you until you leave. RUDE and HORRIBLE beyond belief! It’s truly unbelievable how this place is in business and how a HORRIBLE manager like this exists. Save yourself the regret, NEVER come to this place.

I ordered a custom chicken bowl and wanted to use my points to redeem a free custom bowl. The guy rang up my order incorrect twice (as a jr burrito then a homewrecker bowl) and told me he didn’t know why the coupon wasn’t working. I asked him if he could try to ring up what I ordered and he said, “no that’s not why it’s not working. I don’t know why it’s not working.” Finally he agreed to ring up what I actually ordered and the coupon worked. The food tasted like dishwater.

Well, I went to this location last year after I moved up here and had a bad experience because the manager at the time said that they don’t use the app for rewards came back today. They must’ve integrated it with their systems. Had a pleasant experience and able to get a good dinner for 12 bucks Great value.

Out of all the Moe’s I’ve been to, this one is the worst for a few particular reasons:
-My order was placed in app, over an hour in advance. I arrived a few minutes early, and still had to wait 20 minutes for them to make my order.
-The place was a mess. Spilled food all over the kitchen, the employees were running around all disorganized, the food looked dry and flaky and desperately needed to be swapped out for fresh stuff. I won’t lie, I kind of wanted to cancel my order after seeing the place but it was too late.
-While I waited for my order, they turned away multiple other customers because they were only doing “online orders only” and refused to take any walk in orders. That’s extremely rude, and no way to treat customers.
-When I finally got home to enjoy my meal with my wife, she was totally turned off because the chicken tasted odd. I thought it tasted slightly off, but not too bad and ate it anyway. Now I’m really regretting that decision as I’ve been throwing up constantly for the last 30 minutes. I should’ve listened to the wife. I refuse to come to this location ever again.

Went to location on national burrito day at 7:45pm two workers stated they were closed when sign on door said 9pm… but they were sure filling their personal bowls up.

Overall the store is far understaffed and those working there are so unprofessional. However, that said, Abraham is amazing! While I was there the other night he had one worker literally storm out to “take a break” in the heat of a customer rush, and the guy in the back not helping with anything (from what I could see). Abraham ended up being the only person running the store, making food for far too many customers BY HIMSELF. While some of the customers were getting mad and being jerks to him over the situation, he kept his cool and just kept working trying his best to make everyone happy. He never talked back, or got upset, just rolled with it and did what he had to do to get the job done. Im sure this guy is NOT making enough money to deal with the garbage he was putting up with that night. My food was cold and took way too long to get, especially when I ordered ahead on the app, but that is in no way his fault. Abraham gets 5 stars from me… the store overall however gets zero! Hire more staff… and toss the bad ones you have!

This Moe’s is not good. Server didn’t hear/understand our topping choices and gave my husband items he said no to. He asked for a small portion of beans and got a large size portion. Server took rice that fell onto another serving spoon and put it in my bowl. Person checking us out was on a phone call the entire time. Chips were stale. Food was bland. Salsa was everywhere and couldn’t serve myself without getting a handful of it from the spoon. Dirty tables. It’s clear that the owner is trying to cheap out and not make items to the recipes and brand guidelines. Don’t waste your money here.

Its moes the same food one would expect to find I’ve given it a few shots be each time I watch them ask every person “for here or to go?” And once I get up to the front my food is tossed into a To Go bag with out a second thought. I’m polite, I tip, and I try to make sure I know what im getting ahead of time but time after time I’m more or less willed out the door.
