The team here at Moe’s is friendly and welcoming. I could relax and order. I enjoyed my experience from being welcomed to Moe’s upon stepping in the store to Ordering to dining in to being greeted when heading out. Kayley was kind, and made my entree look aesthetically appealing (check photo). Erin was helpful and made me feel welcomed which made me want to dine in. Protip: If you love Lime then Powerade Green Lime flavor is the best drink to pair your Moe’s food with.

You could not pay me to ever step foot in this location again. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Came in 11/24/2025 at 5:45 pm. There was only two people ahead of us. They ran out of steak before we ordered, which is fine. The manager told us to purchase our meals and they would let us know when the steak was ready. We paid for a meal we had not yet received. We grab our drinks & are then told we actually need to rejoin the line to receive our food. The line at that point had 7 people in it now. We were not acknowledged by any staff even though they clearly saw us. We did not receive our food until every person in the line was served. We waited almost 30 minutes to receive the food we had already paid for. When it was finally our turn, the girl behind the counter had an attitude with us because we told them we already paid and all we needed was our food (the other people in our party were almost done eating at this point). Her words were “WE KNOW.” and continued to sloppily and angrily make our bowls. I told her no beans twice but she was too busy being rude & put beans on my bowl. My mom politely said “it’s not your fault, but this is ridiculous. Our party is almost finished eating and we have not yet received our order.” and the girl rolled her eyes & gave no apology for our wait. Had we known it would take 30 minutes to get our food we would have just stayed in the line and not bought our food awhile. By the time we got our food it was 6:20 PM. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. No apology from management either. Maybe don’t tell customers to purchase meals and then continue to fill new orders while they wait with no acknowledgment by staff. I also don’t know why we paid only to have to wait in line again? Staff needs some training on how to handle customers and need an attitude adjustment. Again, will never be back.

My spouse and I got bowls..that came with free chips and salsa, my spouse asked for red, I asked for green, well we both got green. I barely got any chips, maybe a kid size handful and they were stale. My spouse wanted “Moes Sauce” didn’t get it. I asked for sour cream, I also didn’t get it. Disappointed. The chili crisp chicken is really good though

Went in to eat lunch at 12:30 on a Wednesday – stood at the counter for a few minutes, was not even acknowledged by the staff preparing online orders. Completely out of black beans, was told it would be several hours. Out of cilantro rice, sautéed onions and peppers too. No apology. Tables were dirty. No thanks! Would rather support our local Roburitos anyway!

My experience here was fantastic. I came to Pennsylvania to visit family and thought I’d give Moe’s a try. It was very good especially given their prices. Bre was one of the people working when I ate there and she was amazing! Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

We love the Moe Mondays. You get a discount on a burrito or bowl if you are have an account. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The ingredients are fresh and always enough for my husband and I to share. I would definetly recommend. Our favorite is the homewrecker.

They’re very friendly in person until you say you can’t tip them because they don’t say the point as it’s not a restaurant they’re chips are not even seasoned. They’re just playing. When you’re sitting by yourself in the main room dining room room area and everybody disappears it’s kind of unprofessional. I will not return. I have complained the corporate.
